| Enjoyed our stay 10-21-05 to 10-23-05. Within minutes by car to Old Montreal, St Catherine St and Casino. Just a few nitpicky things but on the whole nice place to stay. Parking not included ($15 -day)

| I visited Montreal with my boyfriend in October for a long weekend. Le Nouvel Hotel was a great value for us - the room was huge and the hotel was in a good location - a short walk to the subway and to St. Catherine st. and well situated to hail a cab outside at any time. The room was also very quiet.

| Was in Montreal for the first time for a concert, and couldn't have picked a better place. Expedia had a deal on the room, and at the price I got, it was a steal. Parking was a bit steep but not too bad compared to other lots in the city. If we couldn't walk to what we wanted to see, the Metro was just a short walk away, so the location was perfect. We had a great view too. Only complaint would be that we requested a non-smoking room with two queens and got a smoking room with a king. In the end, it didn't matter that much. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Montreal.

| After a eight hour drive and flight - The hotel did not have my room ready until 5:30pm - not 3pm as they posted. They also refused to give me a printed confirmation of my stay. I needed this confirmation in order to submit my paper work for reimbusement. Otherwise - OK.

| The rooms were very, very clean and comfy. Looked like it was recently renovated. There was a small pool outside which was great for our kids after a day of touring around. The restaurant was very nice too. The buffet breakfast was great and a good place to eat with our 2 small children (age 2 & 5). Overall we were really satisfied with the hotel and would stay there again.

| Only negatives were the pool is extremely small, the fitness room is adequate but nothing special, and the location could be slightly closer. Overall, we had no problem walking everywhere from the hotel; the parking cost was very reasonable; and the price, condition and cleanliness of the room were excellent.

| Great hotel - My 2 queen bedroom is biz class and nice. Great location - Close to downtown and Old Town. Onsite parking is a little spendy for personal vacation. If Expedia has a deal on this, definitely a great value for a pleasure vacation stay in Montreal.

| The cleanliness of the room was poor, you could found many old things left under the bed by the previous occupant. And don't eat in the restaurant!

| This is such a cozy quiet hotel with very nice rooms and service. Not only does it have great rooms but it has a spa and is conviently located downtown.

| Le Nouvel Hotel is a nice little hotel one block south of the main downtown activity along St. Catherine. It is about four or five easily walked blocks (when the weather is nice) from Crescent and Montague, where there are plenty of good restaurants and nightlife activities. I stayed in a corner room on the top floor with one queen bed, which had a large sitting area with couch (with extra fold-out bed), tv, and desk. There was nothing exceptional with the room, but it was comfortable and very clean. My one complaint is the wireless internet service. It works well once installed, but the instructions are non-existent and should only be attempted by people who are somewhat comfortable browsing through installation cds to find the proper setup executable files and drivers. Great staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly (and fluent in English).
