| The Hotel Bolivar rooms are small even by European standards. The front desk staff was of no help when asked for suggestions for a very nice restaurant and shopping. If you wanted a drink from the hotel bar you had to get the front desk clerk to go over to the bar to mix your drink. If something was more than 3 blocks from the hotel they had no clue. The breakfast each morning was good and worth the extra cost. The room was very clean each day. The cab drivers had no idea where the hotel was so carry the address with you if you choose to stay here.
