Although it's about 15 minutes to I-90, it was definetly worth the drive. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and best of all, the price is right! It is also close to shopping and dining.

we love where this hotel is located it's not located in downtown spokane and you dont' have to fight traffic to get in and out. there is shopping all around and northgate shopping mall is not that far down the road. If you have kids the rooms are very nice size with a mini fridge, microwave table and couch. they have a pool which makes the kids very happy! they also have a nice continental breakfast in the morning where you can make your own belgian size waffle.

We arrived late and had to do business with a clerk in a glassed-in booth because the lobby was locked up. That made us feel very unsafe. We were also unable to take care of our internet needs, because of the lobby closure. The elevator and halls were not well-maintained, but our room was very nice. We were very conveniently close to the airport and would probably stay there again just because it was cheap.

got a great deal on this room by expedia. Really happy about that. We got a jacuzzi room no smoking. we got there at 1:30 P.M to find we needed another hour before the room would be ready. I suppose that is normal, but with check out time at noon, I figured it would be ready. had to kill an hour before checking in. the jacuzzi, was small, room for one person, I have had other rooms in the past with a jacuzzi large enough for two. The room next to ours. also had a jacuzzi, and you could hear the water running in and the jets running from our room and that went on at all hours of the night. also, we were next to a stair case, and you could hear people talking and going up and down the stairs all night, and kids in the hotel were noisy. Glad the hotel was off the road keeping road noise down.the free breakfast was not bad, one of the better ones I have had at a hotel stay. all in all, the place was clean, and the bed was better than most.

Pro: I've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times and have gotten really good service. The rooms are clean and they maintain the property very well. A bunch of restaurants nearby. Cons: My company van was broken-in to once. Last time they gave me a room that had just had the carpets cleaned and I got my socks all wet before I realized the floor was still soaking. No Internet service or in-room movies.
