| We were pleasantly surprised and a little relieved at how nice this hotel was and by its convenience and safe walking to the convention center. We just slept at the hotel, eating all of our meals elsewhere, so I can't comment on any other services. I would absolutely stay there again if I were to attend another meeting in Philly at the convention center. It was easy to walk to Reading Market, Lord & Taylor, Old City, Rittenhouse Square, and to pick up the Phlash to go to the Art Museum.

| The hotel was okay. It wasn't as nice as the Sofitel or other area hotels. Mariott in general needs to upgrade their beds/bedding like other hotels have started to do. The restaurant was horrible for breakfast - avoid it.

| Due to the location on a traffic circle around City Hall-be prepared for a difficult traffic situation when arriving and leavinbg your car.The parking staff is efficient it's a really hard to park lot of cars at once.

| As well as being a beautiful and a very comfortable place to stay, this Courtyard was in one of the best locations we have stayed in downtown Philadelphia. It is close to the convention center, Kimmel Center, Franklin Institute, and an array of very good restaurants.

| Ok to stay in "in a pinch" or if budget is really limited, but don't kid yourself- the rooms are very plain and just ok. Marriott's generally have pretty good service, and the building the hotel is in, is an old beautiful building in Philadelphia that has been renovated, but the rooms are pretty bare bones, and furnished with the minimum Marriott standard stuff- i.e. the rooms don't even make an attempt to be luxury.
