| Upon arrival after several attempts to remedy, our keys would not open the door. It took several trips to the desk to get the manager to come and fix the problem. The smell as you walk through the pool area is overwhelming. Should think about getting rid of plants and cleaning the area.

| Quita, the darling girl that checked me in was delightful. I was there for a high school state track play-off and there were kids everywhere, there was even a tornado during the night and the rooms were so sound proof that I did not hear anything! If back in Waco for anything else, will definitely stay there again! Thanks!

| The staff members were very polite and helpful and the room was clean. My only objection was to the constant chlorine smell in the interior facing rooms. I would not recommend an exterior room, however, as it feels more like a motel than a hotel. It's literally right across the street from Baylor though, which is nice if you're visiting campus.

| Hotel is very clean and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very quite. Could not hear any outside road noises (only people talking in the atrium - voices echoed - but not unpleasant). Room was very clean and I was most impressed with the safe in the room for valuables. Room colors are warm and friendly. Even the towels are thick, large and pleasant to use. Lots of chanels to choose from on the cable TV. Only drawback was there is no elevator and if room is on second floor only option is to carry luggage up and down stairs. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again.

| Love this place only a couple things wrong no high speed internet. There business center needs a little updating. The pool area is to hot to be inside.
