| I was in the hotel for 1 night only and I was satisfied. My guest was more impressed than I was. The best part was the size of the room, very large. The room was clean and did not smell and the bathroom was nice and came with travel-sized toothpaste, brush, and mouthwash. The adjoining restaurant was good. I recommend the carne asada burrito. The complimentary nacho appetizer was a nice touch. The location seems a little sketchy with the neighboring "gentlemen's clubs".

| My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. When I arrived I was given the keys to aroom that was already occupied. It was late in the evening. Thank god the occupants were not there. I was placed in some room all the way on the other side of the hotel where parking was dark and limited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

| This hotel is a nice hotel if you aren't willing to spend a ton of money on hotel costs. It has everything you need, and provides a free shuttle to and from the airport and Sea World. However, the shuttle service did forget to pick us up from Sea World! This was the shuttle's fault, not the hotel's. All in all, it was a decent place to stay in a great centralized location.

| Our room came w/continental breakfast...and there were bugs in the room on the floor and we couldn't even go in there is was so disgusting.

| The hotel promised to pick up us at airport and Seaword. But they let us wait twice each for over 1 h. Finally we decided to take taxi back to the hotel.

| The Hotel was doing alot of remodeling updating the Hotel. Rooms are clean.

| Good value. Variety of strip malls with chain restaurants and stores within walking distance. Surrounded by bus stops for major bus lines that can take you to all the tourist spots and/or other areas, including the Trolley (which one could actually walk to in ~20-30 min.). Front desk attendant was knowledgable/helpful. As with any major city, I would not embark on foot alone after ~11:00 PM. The safe in my room did not work, so I was instructed to just put the "do not disturb" sign on the door to keep housekeeping away. Be certain to schedule the free shuttle service in advance. I called ahead to do this and was told that it was not necessary---however, when I arrived, I was charged because I did not schedule in advance!!
