Room was not ready 20 minutes past designated checkin time. When asked when room would be ready response was "I don't know". When queried 40 minutes past designated checkin time, room was still not ready but was offered a second room. At no time did desk staff express regret at delay. Room cleanliness was marginal (food wrappers and cell phone case between dresser and TV cabinet, spatters on bathroom mirror, dust bunnies in bathroom corners). Air conditioning unit was unusable during sleeping hours because of compressor startup noise. Overall a disappointing stay, particularily considering the room rate. On the plus side, staff was friendly and helpful and the view is great. When in Jackson, stay somewhere else.

The buildings and rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The heated pool was nice. The dining staff, housekeepers, and room service personnel were friendly and customer service oriented. All of the front desk personnel were rude, condescending and lacking any customer service skills. Hotel check in and check out was painful at best. I was told at 3:30pm that my room "might" be ready for my guaranteed 4 pm check in. No appologies and no accomodations. I will not stay there again.

The hotel was is in a great location, but I was not impressed with it overall. The room is cute and comfortable, but the bathroom needs to be updated and the balconies were old and didn't feel very safe when standing on them. The lobby was okay and the service was fine. The fitness center was an absolute joke. Overall the hotel was just ok, they need some major remodeling. I did not stay at any other hotel in the area, but I would recommend checking others out before booking here.

Relatively new, three-bedroom condo unit. Plenty of room, decent furnishings, unairconditioned. Normally airconditioning isn't required in Jackson due to the cool nights and outdoor activity during the day, but the master is poorly placed over the garage with the only source of breeze facing the parking lot. A parking lot where people noisily came and went throughout the nights of our stay. All through the night. We asked the hotel staff to repair a broken shade to allow more ventilation into the master within an hour of checking in, two days later no one ever resonded or repaired the shade. We left exhausted.

A nice place overall, especially the room. The decor of the room was very appropriate to the area, log cabin style. Very comfortable bedding. Very tastefully decorated. The lobby was grand at one time, but needs an update. The hot tub was outside and not hot at all (on a snowy day) When the front desk was asked about it's condition, they were very aloof and vague and not at all concerned or helpful in resolving the problem. But, overall, I'd go again for the price I was able to get on expedia!

Resort was close and convenient to everything. Would especially recomend for first time skiers. The snow king mountain was not swarming with hundreds of skiers like many of the other ski resorts. Easy access from hotel to ski lift. Prices were also the most affordable in the area. Free hotel shuttle service to anywhere in the area. Staff was helpful and friendly. We have been on many trips similar to this one and by far rate this hotel and the Jackson Hole experience at the top. We plan on visiting again this summer to experience Yellowstone and Teton National Park and will plan on staying here again!! -Thanks

The hotel has a great location, the rooms were nice but small, however, the hotel staff were the nicest and most helpful of any place I have ever stayed. The restaurant was over-priced as expected but the restaurant workers were exceptionally nice like all the other hotel employees. The people at the hotel made you feel like family, not just tourists. Some of the food at the restaurant was good, but the hot wings were atrocious. Over all, I thought it was a great place to stay.

We stayed at the Snow King resort this past xmas vacation week. Originally we checked into a 2 bedroom condo, but felt very isolated there. The condos are across the road and up a bit from the main building which has all the facilities - restaurant, hot tub, pool, exercise room, massage, lobby sitting area, etc. We decided to move to the main building and I'm glad we did. The thought of getting out of the hot tub and trekking across the street wasn't pleasant. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) so we opted for two hotel rooms. The rooms are a decent size but it would have been very cramped with all for of us in one room. The hotel is very nice and well maintained, but I wouldn't consider it a luxury hotel. The one minor drawback (if there is one) is the location. If you don't have a car, the hotel is a 40 minute shuttle ride away from the Jackson Hole mountain. We didn't mind it too much but it could be a problem for some. If I were going back to Jackson Hole I would have no problem staying at the Snow King again.

We attended a wedding at the hotel. The hotel room was very cozy and quiet, a great value for the money. Some parts of the common areas need updating such as the elevators and carpeting. The breakfasts and wedding prime rib dinner were excellent, though the fondu was too thick. We saw one of the Love Ridge condos and it was beautiful and huge. The hotel really took care of the wedding party, running to the store and bringing anything they asked for.

This place is an overpriced dump. The word modernization either has been ill defined or never existed for the manager(s) of Snow King. The room amenities are outdated. The maintenance of the room we stayed in (aka "The Columbine Suite") is laughable. Don't bother arriving early, otherwise you will have to wait until the 4:00 P.M. check in time. One other thing you might consider is a dictionary, so you can define the phrase "customer service" for many of the staff members, especially the weekend day manager and her staff.

We stayed here as part of a Yellowstone camping trip, not a ski vacation, so we didn't get the full experience, but there is plenty to do in the summer. Nice (but small) pool, alpine slide and scenic chairlifts are all worthwhile. Lots of artsy-fartsy kitchy stuff in Jackson. Live music on the mountain in the summer worth checking out. The room was comfortable and clean; stocked with info on things to do in the area, but not very toddler friendly (lots of stuff for them to grab/knock over/break).

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy there stay at Jackson Hole. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery, with easy access to downtown. The only problem I had was that the day before we arrived I had requested a room with a refrigerator and microwave, I was told that would be $20 more per night. No big deal. When I arrived to check in the lady at the front said she would send someone to bring them to the room. No one ever brought them to the room. I decided not to bother to check with them about it because it was an extra $20 a night for me to go spend out on the town. When you are in Jackson you do not spend much time in your room, and there are several great restaurants to eat at. I'm sure had I mentioned something to hotel staff that I hadn't recieved what I'd requested it would have been taken c
