This hotel is pretty far off from the city and it is takes a lot of time to get into Chicago from here. The people at the Front desk were a little rude and their service definately shows why the rates are cheap here. Avoid this hotel as much as possible.

I drove to Chicago to attend my college graduation. I could not afford to stay in the hotel that the ceremony was held at so I found this Super 8. It's a nice hotel. The front desk clerk and manager were super nice and they also have a small indoor pool and separate indoor jacuzzi. It was very easy to relax in this room after a long drive.

If you atr looking for basic inexpensive lodging near O'Hare, this hotel fits the bill. They have a shuttle and a light breakfast available included in the room rate. It is not fancy but if you only need a sleeping room, this hotel works.

This was a great, basic hotel with good services. It had free wi-fi and guest laundry services, with microwave and fridg in the room. Great for a longer stay. It was set back far enough from the busy street so that it was quiet, even though near the airport and busy traffic. Good access to surburban services and close to both airport and park-and-ride lot into the city. I would go back.

This hotel is great if you are on the cheap. This was my first time in Chicago and I would not stay at this hotel again as it is a long 45 minute trip on the train into the actual city, the Loop as they call it. The bathrooms had no tub, only shower stall which is problematic with a small child. Also the bathroom and room looked clean enough, but there was an odd smell in the bathroom. The noise was terrible, doors slamming and people coming in and out all night. The pool and hot tub are indoor, there were no towels there, but when I asked at the front desk they handed some over right away. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. So you get what you pay for at this hotel. They advertise hi-speed internet, but there is a per minute fee and it is only one computer in the crowded lobby. I wouldn't recommend it if you have small children as there are no tubs, and the "breakfast" in the lobby is pretty shabby, not to mention way too crowded to manage with a small child.

Hotel was clean, and staff was helpfull. Hotel is located just a few miles away from public train / bus park and ride; making it easy to get to anywhere in chicago. Hotel is far enough away from main city so traffic to hotel is not bad. It is in the flight path of o'hare airort but after long days of shopping and site seeing we hardly noticed the airplanes.

The toilet didn't flush. The shower curtain bar was hanging by one screw on one end. There was excessive noise by other guests outside in the parking lot at midnight. The Complimentary Breakfast was waffles and bagels that they took away an hour before their printed paper said breakfast lasted.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The hotel staffs are really nice. The room is old especially carpet. I wouldn't want to stay there for vacation, however, if you are looking for a quick and reasonablly priced place to connect to your next flight out of O'hare, this could be the place. We would stay there again.

Hotel is located in Elk Grove Village, which is a very industrial area. Meaning there are not places to shop and few places to eat within walking distance. The hotel had a good shuttle service to airport and convention center in Rosemont. Chicago has great public transit. But it is an industrial city, and not a tourist city. But for the price, it was a great hotel. I would stay there again. You can take a taxi to nearby large malls in Shaumberg, where there are a LOT of great places to eat. Can easily get to Rosemont transit station where you can catch the EL train into the city, and the shuttle will pick you up from the airport up to 10:30 p.m.

The room would have been very nice if they had soundproofed it from the noise of the planes. They practically shook the room every few minutes. The staff was courteous and the room was clean. The shuttle driver waited for me when I couldn't find him and the morning shuttle was also prompt.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, and have no complaints. The beds are comfortable, the rooms clean, they offer free HBO. The park and fly rates are a little expensive, they charge $10/day. Other hotels I have stayed at usually charge $25-$35/week. Also the breakfast they offered was nothing special. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay at for a night or two.

The staff was very knowledgeable and had answers to O'Hare questions literally at their fingertips. Not the Taj Mahal, but definitely clean and well kept. It was actually quiet considering it's proximity to the airport. No coffee pot in the room was a downside. Lobby coffee was fresh and good.

Cleanliness - One towel was not clean. There were hairs in and around the sink. Noise - The room next to me had a large family staying in it. Due to the construction of the walls (and the fact that we were in adjoining rooms with the adjoining door closed and locked) I could hear every word the family said. They woke me at 6:45am

Great hotel with close access to the blue line. Close to Chicago, but far enough to eliminate the hassles of downtown. Free parking is always a plus, especially if you've stayed at a downtown hotel. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chicago. May even check out the Cubs game package deals.
