| The Sheraton Suites in Houston's Galleria area was a great hotel to stay in. I've stayed in other Sheraton's before but for the same price, the atmosphere, location and hospitality is this hotel is superior. I'm looking forward to returning to Houston and the Sheraton Suites.

| The stay was great, staff was very helpful, we were there with a wedding party. However, they were pretty inflexible about accomodating late check outs. This was somewhat disappointing as we were scrambling to get out as they threatened to to charge us an additional night.

| The room, furnishings, space, view, and service were excellent. Two drawbacks are the $10+tax per day for parking and the traffic in front of the hotel during times the Galleria shops are open. The traffic was probably aggrevated by the Holiday shopping.

| I was very impressed with the service from arrival and Valet for our car, to good room service. The employees were very wonderful, helpful, and always had fantastic personalities. Great place to stay.

| As the title says, it's a great hotel and a great location especially once the Inner Loop construction is finished. The courtesy and helpfulness of the desk staff and concierge(sp) was much appreciated, however there was a bit of a language barrier. Definitely a fantastic hotel for the well reimbursed business traveller. The parking fees and, um, the beer prices in the lounge were a bit steep. You can easily and safely walk to the Galleria. The fitness center is much better than you would expect in an average hotel. I'd definitely stay again, but not for so many days.

| The Sheraton is very well located to both the Galleria shopping and major highways, as well as main drags running through Houston. The facility was clean and the staff was most helpful and professional in all areas. Being from the Boston area, the $10 daily parking seemd fairly reasonable. The room was small for a suite, but very clean and well kept, and very well laid out to allow access to the bathroom from both the bedroom and the pull-out sofa area. A microwave would be nice.

| I travel to Houston several times a year, and will try to stay in the Sheraton Suites only. Large clean rooms, wonderful service and close to everything you need in Houston.

| This is a very nice hotel. The suites are comfortable and really give you the sense that you are living in more spacious quarters. The housekeeping was very good, and it was clear to me that the hotel is very well maintained. In terms of location, you can easily walk to the Galleria: the only way you could stay closer to it would be to stay in one of the Galleria's own hotels. My only gripe with hotel service was that parking at the hotel costs $10 a day (plus tax), and $18 a day if you use the valet service. The only other negatives that I could see were that the traffic around the hotel was quite unpleasant due to a lot of construction and the Galleria, and that there was no microwave in the suite (though there is a refrigerator). Overall, I was very happy with my stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Houston.

| Best hotel I have ever stayed at. When you walk into your room you smell nothing. No cleaning detergent, no vacuum smell nothing but clean. If staying in Houston, this is the place to do it.

| Front desk, concierge, door staff very responsive, accomodating. I noticed it as soon as I walked in, and it never changed throughout my stay. Two-room suite was comfortable, would have liked a microwave in addition to the provided refrigerator, but room service was excellent. A block from the galleria, but the galleria is spread out and requires a lot of walking. Good place to hold a conference - our lunch was catered by the Omaha Steakhouse within the hotel
