| This hotel has a great location, just in the center of Boston, 1min from the subway and the main streets. You can walk everywhere from this place. Staff friendly and efficient. I had a room with a wonderful view. Breakfast ok, price ok but valet parking is really too expensive for the service...

| Pros: conveniently located in the middle of the city; large rooms; clean and comfortable; extremely prompt room service Cons: the area around the hotel is rather overpriced; we got a few extra charges on our bill at check-out time although they were resolved without a problem.

| This extremely comfortable hotel is very well situated adjacent to the convention center. There is a T stop just a block away. Even better, it is connected to the convention center, two other hotels and an upscale shopping mall via an enclosed walkway - this takes the potential for inclement weather completely out of the picture. We had a corner, junior suite which had 180 degree scenic views of the city - spectacular! We'll definitely go back there!

| My daughter and I, in town to tour college campuses, stayed mid week in July at the Westin. It was, thankfully, just as comfortable, clean as the internet pictures depicted. I appreciated the Heavenly beds and shower and the Starbucks coffee in the room that the Westin offers. The location was great, we took a walk to Newbury Street but the weather turned cool, rainy and windy. The enclosed walkways connecting the mall allowed us to stay out later and enjoy some shopping. When we wandered into the food court there was a band and dancers. It was Barbados night and we sat and had some chowder and enjoyed what felt like a dinner show. That was a nice unexpected surprise.

| This hotel has an excellent location and facilities. The hotel is connected to three mall areas which makes it very convenient for shopping especially in inclement weather. The staff was very polite and attentive and the bar was lively each night. Truly a fun place to stay.

| The Westin Copley was exactly what I expected it to be! It was conviniently close to the Hynes Convention Center and everthing was connected by the mall. Check in was fast and the room was very clean. I would stay there again without a doubt.

| Doorman was too busy to unload our car when we arrived, and a bellman standing there was not allowed to help us until the doorman did his thing; when I called downstairs to the valet to get my car on Sunday, the misnamed "Service Express" told me they were too busy checking people out, so they told me to bring my car claim ticket in person and wait (I wasn't checking out, just needed my car); and the bellman gave us bad directions to walk to a nearby restaurant, more than tripling the distance for my husband (who clearly was walking with a cane)

| Fairly big hotel with the cozy feel of a boutique hotel. Great neighborhood with cafes and restaurants right around the corner. My room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. High speed Internet. Coffeemaker. Mini bar. Pretty wallpaper, intricate woodwork, very tasteful, historic building where statesman and dignitaries have lived/stayed and where many First Ladies came for high tea in years past. Had the feel of living in a brownstone. The room felt like "coming home" at night. Think Waldorf Astoria elegance versus Hyatt Regency glitz.

| Hotel itself is fine, good location in Copley Square, Prudential area. However, non-smoking rooms are not guaranteed if you book thru Expedia. I booked a Junior Suite, non-smoking. After much arguing all the hotel would do was to run a "de-ionizing" air cleaner in the room for a while. Results: smelled a little better for about ten minutes.
