| The Hotel is very well located, within walking distance to many of the local attractions. Rooms are not large by US standards but met all the needs of 2 adults and a two year old. Hotel offers a complementary breakfast which gives you a great start to your day. Staff is young and very willing to satisfy your needs. More than satisfied during our stay.

| Small boutique hotel. Great location, friendly english speaking staff. Could do with a bit of a renovation to satisfy the usual american abroad but overall OK. major problem was lack of internet but supposed to adding wireless to the lobby area during late May.

| We stayed here last October. This hotel should not be rated four stars. It should barely be a three star. The rooms were very small. The "jacuzzi" was a homemade job. Somebody took a regular bathtub and added jacuzzi jets. I go to Buenos Aires often. I will not stay at this hotel again. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. However, for the price you could get a real four star hotel.

| Literally in the heart of Buenos Aires, within walking distance to many attractions. The Breakfast was superb. The room is a bit on the small size, with very little closet space. Bathyroom also cramped. Staff excellect for guidance to activities.

| The lobby and other common areas are showing signs of wear... The breakfast buffet is adequate, but gets chaotic during rush hour (the last 45 minutes or so), with shortages of plates, coffee, etc. Also the "business center" has all of 1 PC.Now for the good stuff; the rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. I found the service to be very good with the notable exception the restaurant (the breakfast buffet issue noted above, and the fact that room service hours are different than printed on the room info brochures).Word of warning: you must be able to live with a "baroque" style of decor. If you prefer modern, clean lines, stay away from here.

| Old building in excellent area of Buenos Aires. I selected it because of its high ranking and 4* but it does not come closing to matching that rating. It is 3* at best.

| Main problem was the tiny elevators. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for our turn while moving luggage.
