| We just got back and had a wonderful time. For what we got, the price is impossible to beat. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It felt classy, European and intimate. Even the steaks are excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.

| Everything about the hotel was fine EXCEPT for the wireless internet access which was spotty and unreliable and available only in the lobby. There is a business center on the 8th floor, but you must be accompanied there by a hotel employee.

| I am still looking for the 4 stars. No internet, noisy rooms, not at all 4 stars standard. Personel very well trained, but it doesnt help much, as the infraestructure is of a 2 1/2 star hotel

| The hotel is located on a very large avenue in the middle of it all. The staff was extremely sophisticated, polite, and very helpful in all things. The maid service was fantastic. The breakfast that they offer is very sufficient for your needs from fresh fruit to tortes. The hotel is orderly and spic and span. The only complaint is the drain hole in the bathroom that grows bacteria and causes the room to smell, but a little bleach or some such in the drain will fix the problem. I never bothered the people about this; it wasn't too bad.

| The name "Park" does not necessarily indicate the hotel's proximity to any parks - it is part of the "Park Plaza" hotel group. However, this hotel is within walking distance of the Cemeterio de La Recoleta and the many green Plazas in the area. There are arts/crafts fairs on the weekend in the Plazas. There is wireless internet access on the ground floor. Occasionally, you would be cut-off. The fix is to try re-starting your laptop. If that fails, ask the front desk to re-start the system. Not all staff were very fluent in English but they were generally helpful and worked together to help guests. The hotel appeared to be full so checking-in before 3pm was difficult. The Pueyrredon subway station (Linea D) is 5 blocks away. The hotel is located in a relatively affluent area of the city and Ave Pueyrredon is busy so is fairly safe. First time visitors may prefer a hotel more centrally located, though to cut down on travel times between the sights/museums/Teatro Colon.

| Location is excellent, in the middle of BA. Staff is friendly, but seemed a bit overworked. Phone messages took one or more hours to arrive in the room. Breakfast was more than adequate.

| I arrived in Buenos Aires earlier than expected and the hotel was full until check out time. The staff did all they could to make me more comfortable while I waited and informed me as soon as a room was ready for me. The room was very comfortable, the food was good and the hotel is close to many shops and places to see in Argentina. I highly recomend this hotel.

| The hotel is very conveniently located in a nice part of Buenos Aires. The hotel staff is quite nice and friendly. The daily breakfast was very nice and tasty. I'm not sure that the room AC would have been sufficient if it had been very hot outside, but it was fine for while we were there. There was a bedside light that I requested repair of while we were there that was not done, but other maintenance requests were quickly dealt with. I did not further pursue this item since it was very minor, and it is possible that I was not using the control switch for the light properly. I would enjoy staying at this hotel again. It is located in the Recoleta section of Buenos Aires, and I found this to be a good base for exploration of the city.

| Hotel misplaced my reservation, would not convert Euros, bed was small and uncomforable, decor was old, bathroom was very small, hotel smelled bad. Elevator worked sporatically. Much better values to be had in BaAs. Avoid this chain.

| The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Buenos Aires is an incredible city. There lots of things do. The sightseeing was incredible; beautiful architecture, great shopping, astonishing parks, and its vibrant Latin American flavor. The people were very friendly and for a city its size it was pretty safe. The food was wonderful, great quality and very affordable. The service was great in almost every restaurant and cafes we went to (from fancy to cafeterias). It very easy to learn city and it has great public transportation. I a have to say Buenos Aires if the best place I ever visited!
