| I reserved this hotel because I liked the reviews I read from others who had been there before. Everything that has been said is true. The most outstanding thing for me was the customer service, everyone was very friendly and warm. You definitely feel welcome and happy to stay there. The only down side, as with any low budget motel, are the carpets. I think these rarely get a good wash so walking around in the room for a few hours left our socks quite dirty but I have seen this before so I wasn not surprised. Other than that, our room was very clean and spacious, and my kids were quite comfortable in it. Breakfast was just right for me: I was able to get my daily toast and cup of tea. We went swimming at 8:00 p.m., the water was so nice and warm, and my kids had a ball! This place is very close to Disneyland, you could even walk. I am definitely going to stay there again. It is definitely worth it; keep up the good job Days Inn Maingate!

| nice room, employees and manager. The continental breakfast could be improved (more variety of offered foods)

| Motel was nothing to get excited about, but was clean and well maintained. Simple continental breakfast consisted of donuts, toast and coffee. Onle a few minutes from Disneyland and cheaper than hotels only 1/2 mile closer. Has shuttle to the park. No complaints overall, but certainly not luxurious. Good place to stay on a budget.
