| The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, just a block away form the turibus busstop. Alot of restaurants around the hotel giving plenty of options to eat. And also the kithcennete is very useful if you're travelling with children.

| By Mexico City standards, this a well priced, small hotel with "Home like" feeling. Each member of the staff goes out of their way to address your every need. It is located just minutes away from the busy and intimidating (it's noticable) central area. Accross the street is a park/plaza which in the center of it, has a huge fountain that is very relaxing to watch. You can sit on benchs or take a relaxing stroll around the fountain. The hotel has a garden with plants and tables that is well maintained and which you must pass through/along side of to gain access to your room. In that way, it is more like a motel in that there is no indoor hallways or corridors. Mexico City does not really get too hot or humid. That being said, it should be noted that there is no A.C. In the night it cools down and AC is probably not needed most of the time. How about this for service? When I checked out, and while traveling in a taxi, they called the taxi company to radio the taxi that I was riding and informed him, that I left my camera at the hotel. That said a lot about how honest and customer orriented that this hotel is. I was impressed. The owner really cares. He goes there every day, and works hard to make this place the type of hotel you would want to return to. And I will.

| The Hotel is beautiful and everything was ok, only two observations, guests voices from other rooms you may hear them from the room and it was not possible to take a late check out.

| If you want to stay somewhere that actually feels like it's in Mexico but is also safe and friendly, this is the right hotel for you. This hotel may not be in the most central location like those of the typical American hotel chains, but it is situated in a very charming neighborhood and has wonderful ambience and charm. It is also around the corner from the Turibus stop at Hotel Lamm, which we found very amenable. Our room was very spacious and outfitted with a microwave, refrigerator, and dining table. The hotel staff is very helpful as well. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay there.

| The hotel was quite, but the room had no heat or air conditioning. That was a problem considering that it was in the 30's F at night. The bed was like a rock and not comfortable at all. Also, the staff did not speak any English. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

| Whilst in a nice neighbourhood with eash shopping, restaurants etc., hotel is run-down,over-rated and over priced. Front desk and restaurant staff speaks practically no English. Restaurant is tiny, congested and breakfast prices are high for what is received. Hotel showers are tiny, but a huge nightmare, water gushes all over the place, especially outside the bathroom, and there are no bathroom mats. You have to buzz to get into the hotel. Was left standing outside for 15 minutes buzzing on one ocassion. Only one person can be acommodated for Internet services in a tiny claustrophobic cubicle. Hotel needs to be refurbished, renovated and modernised.
