The location is close to the airport and easy to find. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. There was a significant amount of noise all night which may have come from the pocket doors on the bathrooms on other floors slamming.

I chose this hotel based on the consistent good reviews from other travelers. My family and I had an enjoyable stay and as first time visitors to Seattle, we utilized the exceptional shuttle service prior to our road trip to Vancouver Island. We were pleased by the helpful and courteous staff members, the continental breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient.

This hotel is well-decorated. We love the complimentary breakfast, the curtesy van, and the free wireless net. I strongly recommend this hotel, which is one of the best I ever stayed. It is near the sea-tac airport. If you would like to visit the downtown, it only takes you 40 minutes to be there. Personally, it is quite convinient and price-friendly. One thing I would suggest is the maintenance of the air conditioner. We are wondering why the air consitioner would stop automatically at the midnight. Except that, I love Sleep-Inn!

Stayed here for 2 nights post cruise, would definitely stay again. Our room was ready at 10 am. The staff (day and night) were the nicest people, very accomodating and helpful. If I had one concern, it would be lack of drawer space for a longer stay.We lived out of our suitcases so this was not an issue.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! Staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and convenient. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the hotel shuttle took us to area restaurants for dinner. Continental breakfast was excellent. A great value! I highly recommend the Sleep Inn, Seatac!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Since we arrived to the hotel later in the evening, we didn't have to go to far to grab some dinner. IHOP is just next to it. The continental breakfast was good. However, the dining area is a bit small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn.

The staff, at Sleep Inn, couldn't have been nicer, or more professional. The rooms, too, are pleasant (firm mattress offered a good night's sleep); internet connection was helpful, iron & ironing board in room was a plus, as well as having the hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. We all enjoyed the early morning breakfast assortment: muffins, pastries, oatmeal, and fresh fruit, to name a few -WOW.

Reasonable rates, and close to the airport. If you have to fly out early the next morning, this is a fine spot to stay. Easy to find, and a quick drive to SeaTac airport. Also, they had wireless hook up in the room, and a small built-in desk area just big enough for the lap top. The shower-toilet (no tub)area is quite small and basicly in the room with a pocket door to slide shut when privacy is needed. Some nasty spill was on the carpet leading from the sink to the bed...looked like red wine (or?)other wise the room was clean.

By far and wide, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel!!! From the maids to the General Manager (which BTW... turns out he's from Grand Junction, CO). They met every need. I forgot my brush, they had a comb. I didn't feel like driving to go eat, they have 24 hour shuttle service. I had a non-smoking room, they have all night security so that I felt safe to go outside and smoke in the middle of the night. Close to the airport. Excellent breakfast. There is also an ihop in the same parking lot. I can't say enough. I will stay there everytime I am in Seattle!

SeaTac Sleep Inn is THE best choice if you are looking for high quality at a fair price. When traveling/rooming with our three year old, cleanliness is imperative. They even take you anywhere within a three mile radius of the hotel. This includes restaurants, malls, etc. This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. If we ever fly through Seattle we will definitely be staying at the SeaTac Sleep Inn.

I chose this hotel based on traveler reviews. Thanks to all who took the time to do so. Having returned from a cruise, we called the hotel for possible early check in at 10:00am on Sunday morning. To our surprise and relief, they already had our rooms available! Clean and spacious for the price. Front staff was great, even printing out our boarding passes for us that evening for an early Monday morning flight. Convenient shuttle within a 5 mile radius. Would definately stay again.

I went to Seattle for the weekend and just needed a place to sleep in between some concentrated sight-seeing. I didn't want to spend a lot of money - but I wanted to feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to the customer reviews I trusted this hotel - and it was perfect. I never felt unsafe. The only down side of this hotel is that it shares a parking lot with IHOP and there didn't seem to be enough parking for everyone. This hotel IS very close to residential property. When I opened the curtains to my 1st floor room - I was looking directly at a guy and his family who live in a trailor. It didn't bother me since they were not loud and I planned on keeping the curtains closed since it was dark anyway - but not a great view. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and good.

Very clean, nice layout of the room. For the price, it was a great place to stay the night before an early flight. The walls were a little thin, so it was a little noisy, but it was quiet after about 10:00pm. Breakfast was available at 4:00AM, which was very nice.

Initially, I was worried about our stay and wondering what the other reviewers were drinking. I opened our drapes to find a delapitated trailer park within 20 feet. The room was small but very clean and all in all things worked out fine. The positives (excellent front desk crew, cleaniliness, price)out weighed the negatives (neighborhood, little soundproofing). Very handy to airport. Poor restaurant choices in the area. Ended up driving lots.

The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars across the board where the lumpy pillows. But I am very particular about my pillows. I arrived into sea-tac late, after 1am. I tried calling for a shuttle next to the AK AIR baggage claim, that phone system was down. So I called on my cell, they told me to go to the designated shuttle pick up area. I believe this was up the escalator by baggage claim, across the skybridge, down the escalator and then back towards the terminal.(5min walk) Sure enough a shuttle came and got me within 7min or so. Check in was a breeze, my room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. I took a very nice hot shower and went across the parking lot for hotcakes at a 24hr IHOP. My restaurent review is a C+, it was okay. I returned to my room and clicked through the cable channels. In the morning downstairs I was greeted to a deluxe continental breakfast, and if I had had more time could have used the free internet access. I was whisked off to the airport, we encountered a traffic jam up, so my trusty shuttle driver took a back route and we bi-passed the jam, getting me to the airport in good time. All in all it was a very nice experience at the Sleep Inn.

This hotel exceded my expectations at every level. Granted, I wasn't expecting much for the price, but the room was large, clean and totally smoke-odor free (they didn't just slap a no smoking sticker on the door). The staff was excellent, friendly and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs (which is becoming a rarity). I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Some airport noise (though little jet noise during sleeping hours), but overall outstanding facility, location, service, and comfort, for the reasonable price. Within an easy drive of downtown Seattle and downtown Tacoma, with their myriad visitor attractions, and next door to a nice pancake house, too. Continental breakfast had numerous items, many cereals, bagels, muffins, toast, waffles, juices, fruits, and all, and guests appreciate their availability for several hours in the morning. Also the airporter would come in handy. I recommend this place to most travelers.
