| I had read the other reviews after i had already book my room. I will tell everyone i was treated like a Queen. The staff was the best i ever seen.I've travel here in the states as well over seas,and this was a 5 star hotel.The sevice was outstanding.I would like to thank the hotel staff for their excellent service.

| Fortune House has the advantage of its location, where you are almost nearby evrything. They have new apartments and are renovating the building. They have problems with the house keeping and you are not to expect a excellent service, but if you need some days in Miami to go shopping or just relax , is a pretty good deal. The aoartments have a kitchen and dining room. The parking is expensive , they charge 20 $ a day so be prepared.

| The receptionist doesn't give you much info about how things work, to go into the parking lot I had to use an electronic device that didn't work, another client used hers also to use the elevator you have to use the same device, which didn't work again and we had to call the receptionist to turn on the elevator only then it worked. The carpet in the room is nasty....yuck!

| March 17th, 2006 We spent one night at the Fortune House in a quick visit to Miami. The condo was very clean and service at the front desk was very good. Nice clean kitchen and rooms are big. Parking is manage by an independent company and service is not the best. We had to wait too much time every time we need to get our car. I will definitely return there if I have to stay in downtown Miami.

| The room was organized, but not clean, carpet had burn holes; kitchen chairs upholstery torn, 2x4 foot hole in the bedroom wall covered by a picture, air conditioning filter was clogged and never replaced, no internet access in the room.

| If you want a reasonable place close to the French Consultate... you should stay here. The average room rate in this area is high and I just need accomodations for 1 night and it was very comfortable, spacious, allowed me to check in early and parkinf was safe and convenient (with a charge). The room had a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wide variety of cable stations. I would stay here again

| We stayed in the Penthouse, 2 bedroom suite. Though it was an extremely nice suite, I expected a little more from it, being as it was on the PH floor. Overall, the view from the balcony was marvelous! We did really enjoy ourselves! Its a great deal.

| The suite was very nice. It was nice standing on the little balcony overlooking the city. I wish it was big enough for chairs. The walls did need a new fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, it was a very nice suite.

| The room I had was filthy and the hotel service was non-existent. I received no clean towels without fighting the front desk nightly, and my sheets were never changed during my week-long stay. My company filled 6 rooms during this week and all of them received similar service. I wouldn't book a room here for my dog.

| the tile floor would turn the bottom of your feet black when you walked barefoot. mold in the shower, cheapest linens possible (except bath towel). view was spectular form 29th floor. Other than view, this hotel is not very good.
