| We were rained out and spent more time than expected in our room, which was quite comfortable and clean. Had many TV channels to choose from that were free. Staff was helpful with suggestions of indoor local attractions/shopping.

| Nice hotel for the money...pool and hot tub nice in the evening and even though it closes at 10pm per sign...the staff had no problem people hanging out later. Nice central location for Vanderbilt Beach down to the Naples pier. Obviously, not on beach...the beach access they had was alright. Recommended going to Vanderbilt Beach. Free Bike rentals...nice to see the local area and resorts. Overall, I recommend this place especially as a base to see Naples from.

| The Hilton Naples has SOME upscale features - Shula's restaurant, the lobby etc. However, overall, it is just a very average hotel. We stayed on the Tower Level in order to get the breakfast and evening snacks. Big dissapointment there, both were incredibly chinsy. The pool area was fairly nice but perhaps most upsetting was the advertised "fitness center." This was very small and only had one bench and a couple of treadmills - a terrible representation of a gym. The rooms very very small and although comfortable, nothing exceptional at all.

| Hotel very nice. Beds EXTREMELY comfy. Pool area beautiful very relaxing. Rooms standard size. Don Shula's Steak on premises also available for room service and pool service. Complimentary bike rentals. Only flaw of this hotel is its location. It is only 3 blocks from the beach, but it would have been perfect if it were on the beach. Also, bell hop and front desk service could have been better.

| Party going on around pool area that afternoon and evening and made it uncomfortable for me and my guest to use pool facilities. Wish we were told at check in so we could plan our afternoon differently. (shopping and sun/pool time).

| The hotel was beautiful and the pool was always the perfect temperature. However, if you're visiting for a beach vacation, I would recommend paying extra to stay at a hotel on the beach. The complimentary shuttle to the beach that is mentioned runs only twice a day, at 10AM and noon, with returns at noon and 2PM only.

| Hotel was great. Close to beach and complimentary bikes were a great way to get there! Very clean hotel. Wonderful service. Gym and business center were bonuses. Basketball hoops and ping pong table. Lots to do!

| go to beach located at clams passage. it is really nice there. the hotel is great but avoid shula's - way too pricey - and too decadent make sure to demand a room overlooking east - the pool and the sea.

| I stayed in the Hilton in Naples,Fl July 26-Aug 30, 2005. The hotel is beautiful. The housekeeping staff was magnificant. The front desk staff was also great.The rooms were clean. The bed that I slept in was simply Fabulous! I wrote down the name of the mattress and the maker of the pillows because I must have a set like this at home. They gave us beach chairs,coolers for our food, towels, and they provided us with as much water as we needed. The beach was less than 5 minutes away. The shuttle will even take you to the beach. My stay was delightful. I will definately go back.

| We had an extremely wonderful visit in Naples, FL at the Hilton on US41... Very friendly and attentive staff. Great pool and hot tub. 4th floor Tower Club is complimentary and well stocked.

| I was a little disappointed with the average bathroom. Beds were okay and I am picky. Clean, nice to have a mini frig in the room. Nice facility but more of a business place than leisure.

| A great location--we really appreciated the chairs, towels and cooler to bring to the beach. Only problem--even though there is no "view" to speak of, we reallly missed being able to sit out on a small balcony--or, at least, be able to open a balcony door to let in fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful--although our room was not cleaned until mid to late afternoon; hotel is clean and attractive--we would return.
