| My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as a result of reading positive reviews on this site. I feel like perhaps we could've done a bit better for the money; however, I was not terribly disappointed. Overall, our stay was fine... sheets/towels were changed daily, hotel staff was friendly/helpful enough, and the location of the hotel was fabulous. Rue Mouffetard is an excellent place for soaking in quintessential Paris, and the hotel's only a block away from a convenient Metro line. On the downside, the room was small, meaning my 6'3" boyfriend could lay across the bed and touch opposite walls (this wasn't surprising, though, as I think small is generally the rule in European cities). It was hard to get accustomed to the smell of stale body odor which seemed to be ingrained in the carpet and draperies. Luckily, the windows opened, and after a few minutes, fresh air ameliorated this (each time we entered the room). If you're looking for luxury, this ain't the place.

| I've been to Paris many times and this by far was one of the best locations I've stayed in. The area around the Pantheon is fabulous. The street this hotel is on is beautiful, many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes... also down the street is a great market. I had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms are small but then again which hotel room in paris isn't?

| I was surprised by how small the room was. I knew it would be small, but not quite that small. However, the location was great, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the neighborhood. It was a safe area to walk around, any time of day or night. Always people out and about having a good time.

| The Hotel was fine for an inexpensive Paris Hotel. The location is wonderful - Mouffetard is a wonderful street that is quite lively until late at night - great shopping, dining, and people watching. Don't miss the great Gelato a half block north of the Hotel. The room was small but clean. The staff was helpful. The lack of air conditioning may bother some, especially during the Summer. Only one block from a metro station.

| The rooms are very, very small, but you shouldn't mind once you see the street it's on. Staying there is like every good Parisian cliche come to life:cobblestone street, cafes, bars, and plenty of shops within a few minutes of your room. The hotel even let me choose my room:how often does that happen? Very nice front desk.

| The rooms were rather small, as most hotel rooms in Europe are. Otherwise, the service was great, it was extremely clean, and it was in a great location. There are many restaurants nearby and the metro is not a far walk.

| Even the french family who delivered me to the hotel were charmed by it. Will be returning at the end of the month and am looking forward to another stay. The meal at Man Ray that was included as an extra was a delight. Dinner on the Champs Elysee! what could be better!

| Perfect L Bank location..1/2 block from Metro; 10 minute walk to Notre Dame,Pantheon,Seine etc. Rue Muffetard itself is like a little village w/shops and restaurants galore. Staff is pleasant, helpful and the breakfast buffet (included in package) was nice. Rooms are tiny but you're not there much anyway. Take drain cover to wash clothes. Our stay was 04/20 to 04/28. No crowds.

| My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Paris. This hotel was in a great location! It is one block from the Metro and located on a lively street. The desk staff were very helpful. They even called Delta daily to help us try to track down our lost luggage. The economy room is pretty tight, but most people do not go to Paris for the hotel rooms. Overall it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay, and we would consider returning there next time.

| This hotel is great for the money you pay and the best part is its location--the Rue de Mouffetard is fantastic with great little stores and restaurants. Also, the Metro stop is right there, which makes getting around so much easier. This is my second time staying there and I would definitely recommend it again. It can be a little tiny, as many European rooms are, but I'd rather say its "cozy".

| Wonderful location: one from the metro station and a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. The street itself is priceless with the countless number of restaurants, eateries, shops and fresh markets. The only drawback is to be prepared for the smallness of the rooms but the breakfast buffet is worth its price versus a cafe down the street.
