| Centrally located, reasonably priced, functional and with amenities like free wireless and access to a gym, this is definitely an excellent value for money. Another thing I liked about the hotel was its proximity to a variety of restaurants, cafe, and the main thorughfare, Burrard Street, in downtown Vancouver. The service is essential, no-frills, but efficient. I didn't use the in-house restaurant, mostly because of the extraordinary range of options available within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel.

| The best of this hotel is the front desk staff. They are extremely kind and any doubt I had they gladly assisted me.

| A nice hotel in a very central location. My room was on the small side but quite acceptable and ok standard with regard to the price I paid. Clean and well kept with nice front desk staff. Free internet PC available by the front desk - very nice service.

| The hotel was spotless, the service efficient and pleasant. My room on 5th floor was small, but clean and comfy. Perfect for my needs. The room had no view and faced an inner courtyard, but the bonus was pleasant silence in the heart of a bustling city and busy Granville Street. Highly recommended!

| Haven't seen a hotel room this small since NYC, but for staying right downtown in a a major city for what we paid, it was very clean, and surprisingly quiet-even though we were right on Granville with the usual collection of unique people late at night. Probably would spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere a bit nicer but it was servicable considering how little we were there.

| The staff was extremly helpful and friendly. We had two different rooms for our 6 night stay. The first room was very disappointing due to the cramped space and too much furnature. We were there several nights until we asked to move due to noisy neighbors. The second room we stayed in was much more comfortable and did not feel as cramped as the first room. Our stay was very nice but I wish I had asked earlier to be moved. I was disappointed that they did not originally accommodate us in a room less cramped considering the length of our stay. Also, the house keeping was inconsistent but over all good.

| First off, make sure you ask for a room with a view. We were assigned a room with no view and it seemed smaller than a thimble. Then we got one on Granville Street and it seemed massive even though it was probably the same size. The street was a little noisey, but the view was worth it. The hotel has a free computer down stairs to check email, and the staff was really helpful.

| What a great hotel in a great city! Located at the tip of everything, access to all the hot spots was easy. All the clubs and bars down Granville is a short walk away. The staff was very polite and the maids were like your mom, all ready to clean up your mess. I loved it and I'm trying to go back soon, hopefully for longer.

| This hotel is well located for the entertainment areas and Yaletown and is walking distance to everything you would want to see in Vancouver. The surrounding area is somewhat grungy though. It has been recently renovated to room fittings and bathrooms are new and clean although decor is typical Ramada Inn i.e. basic and lacking in much style. The corridors had a musty smell although generally the hotel is kept clean. Do not accept rooms at the front of the hotel in the 1st floor since there is a very noisy club on the ground floor of the hotel and music plays till 3am. Higher rooms and those at the back are quiet though. Overall the hotel is good value for money. Use of a good gym round the corner is free for hotel guests too.

| The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is a bit older and is in the process of being remodeled. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean, safe place that is a value and cheaper than the other hotels in the area. It isn't spectacular, but it is decent. It is also one of the hotels I could find that accepted pets ($20 Canadian fee/night). One tip: make sure that you're getting the best rate since the dollar fluctuates.

| If you are young, openminded, and enjoy Vancouver nightlife, then this is the hotel for you. It is located steps away from clubs, bars, and many late night eats. The bus stop in front of the hotel took us to all the sites; Granville Island, Yaletown, Chinatown, Gastown, Commercial Drive, in less than 5 minutes! Popular shopping street, Robson Street, was just a 5-10 minute walk down Granville St. I also reccommend the 5 minute walk to the Sheraton Wall Centre, where the Greyhound bus will take you to Whistler Mountain Resort. The two hour R/T busride and lift ticket was a unheard of $80 CAD! The only downside to this hotel are the tiny rooms, but suites are avaiable.
