We went there on our honeymoon and they catered to us. We received champagne, and a beautiful sunset dinner on the beach. It was really easy to get around and find things to do. There was a casino about two minutes away and you get to visit the other resort next door. There is always a breeze, so it's never too hot. The water was perfect! Everyone at the hotel was friendly and the food was great, as well as the drinks, there were different ones each day! Lots of activities and options for things to do. They even showed a movie on the beach! I highly recommend this hotel!

Just returned Saturday from the Divi. This is a fantastic resort. Talking straight forward, it is not a 5 Star high end hotel, however it offers everything you need to have a great restful vacation. The beach is very beautiful. The beach, pool, bars and restaurants are all very close to each other which makes for a very convenient stay. The Divi package allows you full use of the sister hotel next door which is very kid friendly and added a lot more options to our stay. Golf cart shuttles between the 2 facilities all day as well. Decent shows held at night on the terrace. Great mix of travelers both families and honeymooners. The staff was very nice and helpful and friendly with the children. We never left the resort, but for those who need activity the island has lots of shopping and night life. Aruba is one of the best islands that we have visited, and the Divi was a great place to stay while there. Highly Recommned it, especially for families.

This is a wonderful hotel. This was our second trip to Aruba and our first to a low rise hotel. We plan to return, and will return to the Divi. Our garden view room was just steps from the beach, comfortable and very clean. The food was great - espically the Red Parrott! You have access to other properties near by and they even have golf carts that run every 10 minutes or so to take you where you want to go. If you want to relax in a laid back atmosphere - the Divi is the place for you!

We had such an amazing time at Divi Aruba All Inclusive. The rooms were comfortable, the drinks were plentiful and the beach was just fantastic. The only thing lacking a bit was the food, but what can you expect from an All Inclusive? We will definitely return there on our next trip to Aruba. It was our first trip there, but we are definitely going back as soon as we can.

This is a no pressure, easy and relaxed place to stay. Do as much or as little of what's available as you like. Self sevice restaurant is better than the more formal one next door!

For "One Happy Island", these were some of the most unpleasant employees we've met anywhere in the world. Hardly any smiles anywhere, and we were tipping, too! Go for the beach and the weather, but don't expect much from the resort.

Our stay at Divi was exquisite; we weren't sure what to expect having never been to a tropical resort. So the only regret that we had was that we didn't book a longer stay.

Just wanted to escape from the freezing cold of Chicago. Didn't have much expectations other than lazing under the sun and swimming. Divi Aruba All inclusive provided great beach, excellent weather and much more. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great cocktails (all free), good food including deep dish pizza comparable to Chicago's. If you want to forget about everything and relax for a week, I would highly recommend Divi Aruba All Inclusive.

The section of the island where the resort is located was probably developed in the 70's. As such, the adequate/nice hotels do not offer all the amenities or characteristics of the newer or most modern accommodations further north on the island. This being said, the density of the accommodations, and the opportunity to have staff attend to guest with more personal attention was definitely a positive. The beach was never crowded, and the opportunities for water excursions were not as broad as from the newer resort area where most tour/dive operators have their piers. Finally, with the all inclusive option, the food was better than in most large resorts. The included "special" restaurants, where reservations were required, were generally very good within the moderately varied selections they offered.

I'd guess that the Divi is an inclusive of a few hotels. My husband and I arrived to find out that we were staying at the Divi Village-not the Divi All Inclusive as was arranged. However, our stay was very cozy and relaxed. The staff was good, and the beach simply beautiful. The food was o.k.(prime rib was great!). I found the people of Aruba to be very friendly.

That is how I would describe the Divi Divi All Inclusive, it was perfect, great food, drink, service, freindliness, everything. The people who worked at the resort would do anything at the drop of a hat, they scheduled all the events and attrations you wanted to do, see, and try. Just go to the front desk and they did it for you, it was awesome! I have nothing but great things to say, and I have 2 other brothers getting married and will deffinatly try and talk them into going where I did!

I just recently stayed at the Divi Aruba. I had a great time. The food could have been better but what else do you expect at an all inclusive? The room was always cleaned very well and it was nice and cold! The only complaint I really would have was that most of the time you are forced to eat outside which means flies and birds. You have to guard your food at all times. The staff were nice overall and everyone speaks english very well. They could definitely mix up the music a bit though, who wants to hear "Livin la vida loca" 15 times a day?? The beach was beautiful and so was the pool. Most of the people staying at the hotel were newlyweds and families young and old. No single people whatsoever. Not much of a party place, even the bars downtown were empty. If you are young you might find the music they play at night pretty lame. It is in a very good location, very accessible to downtown by bus or you can rent a car in the lobby. It was very safe and even the locals were very helpful and gracious.

The Divi Mega Inclusive Resort isn't a five-star hotel by any means, but it is a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The concierge services are top-notch, and the desk staff are always willing to help. Even though everything is included (food, drinks, cocktails, etc) The bed was a little less than comfortable, and the AC could barely keep up with the humidity in the room, but this is Aruba - how often are you in your room anyway? The inclusive pack allows you to also visit the sister-resort, the Tamarijn - and enjoy the bars and restaurants that are there as well. That, along with the beach, the waves, and a casino across the street, how can you go wrong?

Great resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Concierge made it very easy to book excursions. Beach was clean, uncrowded, and picture-perfect. Buffet food was good, considering it's an all-inclusive. Food at sit-down restaurants was great. Rooms could stand some renovation, but if you come here to spend a lot of time in the room, you're missing the point. Definitely recommend this resort if you're looking to relax at a low-key beach resort.

The room we were in was in the best location... 10 feet from the ocean.... 20 feet from the pool and 30 feet from the buffet and bar!!!! Couldn't ask for anything better. The staff is so nice and friendly and the people who stay at the resort are so layed back. I cannot wait to get back to this resort!

Our room was not available when we arrived. The service was poor. This was advertised as an adult resort but half the people there had kids, some as young as babies. The food was fair to poor. We had to go through several dinner plates each day to get a clean one. We had to call housekeeping to get our room cleaned.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids 19 and 14) spent the week after Christmas at the Divi Aruba. Everyone had a great time. The hotel was clean and the house keeping staff was friendly and accomodating. The restaurants at the Divi and Tam were nice and the food was good, but not great, which we have found to be the case at all-inclusive resorts. The beach and pool facilities were excellent and the staff was very good about arranging excursions. The entertainment was pretty good and the fireworks on New Years Eve were fabulous. I would absoultely recommend the resort to friends!
