| ... but, you could do better. I would not consider this hotel a 5-star (perhaps a 4-star) -nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic.

| Everyone from bellhops to the front desk were very friendly and responded immediately to any request. Our room was clean and fresh towels were provided after use. We definitely will use this hotel again.

| The hotel was excellent as you would expect of the Ritz. The location was convienent to downtown, the french quarter and especially Bourbon Street. Would highly recommend this hotel.

| All of the employees at this hotel made me feel welcome from the second I arrived. They were incredibly polite, helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans.

| We enjoyed the Ritz Carlton New Orleans. The rooms were lovely and well cared for.They are currently undergoing a renovation of the exterior and have scaffolding up aroung the outside of the hotel.This did not bother us but sticklers might be annoyed.

| The service is second to no one and provided by the most friendly and professional hotel staff anywhere. Restaurants in hotel were superb with every detail addressed. Rooms were new, well serviced and beautifully decorated. This Ritz is centrally located to major activities down town. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!

| My wife and I went to New Orleans for a 4 day romantic getaway over the holidays and we loved the Ritz Carlton. My wife truly enjoyed her expectant mother massage and the workout facility is top rate. The lobby lounge with nightly jazz entertainment was excellent and the service impeccable. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a great location in the French Quarter.

| Having stayed at other RC facilities, we were disappointed with the lack of follow-through and attention to detail of the staff. Although they were very attentive when having direct contact, all of our requests were never fulfilled. We did not get the room accomodations we requested, we asked three different staff members for slippers that were never placed in our rooms; hotel floors should not be walked on barefooted, the housekeeper did not take any care in making the beds and went as far as removing the comforters throughout our four night stay, while having drinks in the lounge the server was not very attentive; maybe it was because we had vouchers for free drinks, including gratuity, so he may have felt that that was all he was going to recieve. Overall, disappointed

| The Ritz Carlton New Orleans fulfilled every expectation I ever had for a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival, I was up in my room within minutes. The room was a good size and was exceptionally clean (especially for a hotel in New Orleans). Not only did the room include a huge king sized bed, but also a comfortable lounging chair, a large writine desk, a make-up vanity, and a large bathroom. The bedding was exquisite, no sand paper sheets here! With the exception of only one waitress, every staff member was attentive, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Orleans. I've stayed in quite a few New Orleans establishements and this hotel takes the cake.

| The Ritz in New Orleans was great. All the way from the Entrance to the Hotel with Valet and Doorman to the Cleaning staff, We really appreciated the comfort and attention. The reason we dececided to stay was the "SPA" but the overall experience was wonderful. Good Job, Ritz Carlton.
