| The room was huge, comfortable, clean, great in all ways, no doubt about it. Desk clerks encountered were polite. Free breakfast was pretty good! Problems encountered in pool area. Jacuzzi was not functioning and no sign to indicate that it was known. Did not ask about it. Very disappointed it was not working. The pool seemed clean and big and nice with sun shining into some windows onto pool. Very nice, except that the tiles above the water level were very dirty.

| I wasn't pleased at all with our stay. We asked for two queen, got one King instead. Didn't try to accommodate us at all, said they couldn't do anything about it. Was very hot in the room, no heat on. Couldn't get any clean towels until the next morning late. We needed them early in the morning, gave us handtowels. The food wasn't very tasty on breakfast buffet. Never again.

| The seperated suites were great for staying with kids. Living room had seperate television with VCR so kids could watch movies. Hotel staff was very helpful. Pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Only 10-12 minutes from The Ohio State University. Kitchen area nice for keeping some snacks but not well stocked for cooking. Would stay again if visiting Columbus.

| Front desk is "rude". Gave us a smoking room and told us it was because we had booked through Expedia. However, did change our room when we pointed out the numerous non-occupied Non-smoking rooms on the floor. No cooking utensils in the room - have to ask for them. We didn't because did not want to deal with the front desk again!

| The room was one of the best suites I've had. The living area, with a fold out double bed, is completely separated from the bedroom by the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen, while small, has an oven, microwave, and nice sized refrigerater. A free continental breakfast is served each morning with lots of options, including eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The pool was a nice size, and comfortably warm; and the whirlpool was very relaxing. The only disappointment was that two of the three pieces of workout equipment were broken. The hotel did give me vouchers to go to World Gym, but it is only open to those 18 and over.

| I had requested a "non-smoking" room and after checking in realized it was not. I went to the desk and asked if room could be changed since I requested it. Was told no. That with booking with Expedia, that was just a request not a gurantee and they had no other room for us. Thank heaven the room was not bad since I have asthma.

| What I was most impressed about was the lack of sound. It felt like we were the only ones in the hotel! For someone on the Atkins Diet, the buffet was just okay. There were always at least eggs and sometimes there was sausage, so we were able to eat something. The rest of the food looked wonderful, though. Great pool! Nice living room area and the kitchen was very nice. No oven, though, but a microwave instead.

| Our room was spacious and the front desk staff was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. There were plenty of businesses in the immediate area, such as fast food, sit-down restaurants, shopping, and department stores for those little things forgotten at home. I had originally booked our room for 2 nights and when we decided to stay for a third, the front desk staff were very amenable in making those arrangements. While this hotel does not have a kitchen, each room has a small stove, microwave, refrigerator, and any other kitchen needs can be borrowed from the front desk. We visited the Columbus Zoo while there and it was only a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

| The suites were very nice, but the airconditioning system is one wall unit in the bedroom, which was designed for one room not a suite. The living room is at least 15 degrees warmer than the bedroom on a hot day as a result. Though the hotel was nice, the front desk staff was not always so nice. The full time girl at the desk was rude, argumentative and never smiled once. She gave the impression that she was there doing customers a favor by serving them. The breakfast is fair, but closes at 9:00 a.m. At 8:59 the woman is standing ready and poised to take the breakfast down, and at exactly 9:00 a.m. she quickly took things away as we were still in line putting food on our plates. We even had to ask her to bring back some forks so we could eat. She left nothing untouched, making sure even the coffee machine was promptly shut off at 9:00 a.m. At 9:07 (while we were eating) she began quickly spraying chemical cleaner on the any open table regardless of the smell or carryover.

| The rooms are very comfortable and the two tv's were a definate plus if you have kids. We had 2 problems, first they set us up with a room that was being used for storage. We had to go back to the front desk and wait (there was only 1 worker) to switch rooms. Secondly, the water in the hot tub was over done with chlorine. It was so bad it burned my eyes and I couldn't enjoy it. The breakfast was okay, I've seen much better at cheaper hotels. The place is clean and comfortable.

| My 7 year-old granddaughter and I loved our room on the first floor near the pool. A generously sized pool with a hot tub a few steps away were a welcomed addition to the comfortable, well-kept rooms. The hotel staff was most helpful and friendly, from the reservations desk to the housekeepers. I'd stay there any time I need to go overnight to Columbus - it's a convenient 10-15 minutes from the center of town, great restaurants, and kid-friendly activities.
