| This was our first getaway in 5 years without our 5 small children. We had less than a few hours to find an entire trip and pray the hotel was decent. Never being to Canada, only hearing horror stories, and thinking my husband had booked us at another hotel on the falls. I was more than nervous! Needless to say after visiting the falls, I am so glad we weren't in a hotel close to them, and we were closer to the fun activities. Also, when we arrived at the hotel, it was beautiful and so well maintained. Super clean, the staff was so very kind and helpful, and the rooms were better than could be expected! The beds were extremely comfy too, and having a back injury that was so important! By the way, the Canadians are some extremely wonderful people. Thanks for your hospitality, we will be back soon.

| Could walk to Clifton Hill, other attractions, and Incline Rail, which takes you to Falls and People Mover. Never used car. One bad employee, otherwise, no complaints.

| This is a nice hotel to stay in. It s very clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. My only issues were haning to pay for parking and they actually make you pay for high speed internet service.

| When we got to the hotel, they had upgraded our room for us. It was great. We can't wait to take our children there in a couple of years. We will be staying at this hotel again.

| It was our 1st anniversary and we had a great time. The room was beauitful the service was great everyone was friendly and helpful. Someone was making alot of nosie arguing in the room above us, we called the front desk and they handled it quickly.We loved the view, the fire place, and the jacuzzi. We can't wait to go back.

| They have nice rooms with nice views for reasonable prices. I asked for more coffee and cream for the coffee maker in the room, and two very nice ladies brought up plenty along with cups, and they brought up real cream, not the powder stuff. We had a room with a view of the falls, and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and there were plenty of pillows.

| We got to the room and was pleased with the size of the room. Our problem started when we were going to sleep. We pulled back the blankets to goto sleep only to find lots of hairs and food crumbs. We called the front desk, who quickly found someone to change the sheets, but the stay was ruined from that point on. The Hotel maid apologized, but they made no other attempts to make up for a very gross negligence. You get what you pay for. The room and hotel was nice otherwise, but go somewhere where your sure the put clean sheets on the bed before your stay.

| This hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful. We got quite the deal with the jacuzzi suite. The indoor pool was very relaxing as well. I will most definitely come back.

| If you are traveling to the Niagara Falls area, this hotel can't be beat. It is close enough to all of the casinos and the falls, and far enough to be very quiet and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. It gets my highest recommendation!

| At first when we arrived the hotel gave our room away and said they only had a smoking room available, we told them that we called and confirmed late check in and they said no problem and that we had three children and that was unacceptable and they gave us the presidential suite. the hotel was very clean and the kids loved the indoor pool. very close to Clifton Hill . ken's steakhouse was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

| We had a great experience with the cleanliness and speedy service provided by the staff at the Courtyard by Marriot. Everything we requested was brought within minutes. It was close to most attractions and a bus service was provided for a one time fee of $8.00 a person for the entire stay.(children under 12 ride free). The guests at Courtyard by Marriot had to pay for a daily parking pass, but every hotel in the area had the same policy. Parking on the street or in public lots is limited and expensive!

| The price was definately right for this hotel. I loved my room and it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel above the others in the area. Though there isn't much view, I think that the short walk to the falls was worth it.

| The hotels apperance and amenities went beyond my expectations. I had a spacious jacuzzi suite, that set up nicely. My only gripe was the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable.The Keg Bar and Grill in the hotel had great food and unique alcoholic beverages.

| Nice accomodations in center of activities at falls. Within walking distance of most atractions including Niagara Falls and casinos. Courteous staff including restaurant personnel.Travel package did not include some items such as hotel bus service or parking fees but items did not hinder stay.
