| The entire hotel stinks of chlorine due to the indoor pool. Even in the rooms. The shower tub won't drain so the tub fills with water as one showers. The caulking has been redone in the bathroom in a sloppy and un-professional manner. The wall-board in the shower is split in two and not caulked. The entry door is translucent so the light from the pool area shines through keeping one awake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is beyond remodeling. It should be torn down. A star has five points. I would rate this hotel two star points (40% of one star). It should also be taken off of the AAA recomended list.

| If you are a smoker they put you in a 'special section'- that is nothing new for smokers but in this hotel the smoking rooms have no windows! It faces inward on their 'atrium' where they conduct weddings, pool tables, pool- lousy room lousy attitude of staff

| Close to University of Michigan, 10 blocks from downtown Ann Arbor. My wife had a good time! Exercise room, pool, hot tub, fair breakfast each morning. Great for the price!

| The hotel was OK but the hotel service was awful. The front desk clerks were just rude. They answered all our questions as if doing us a great service. When we were checking out a front desk clerk didn't even say "goodbye" or "thank you".
