If you are looking for a weekend away in Nashville/surrounding area this is a good choice. Located in the heart of Brentwood it is 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Cool Springs Galleria. It is a very intimate hotel, with average service. Full breakfast every morning to help you get started is a great added value.

I stayed here recently while on business in Nashville. The front desk staff were all extremely helpful, one lady even pulled up a restaurant for me on the front desk computer, then went to mapquest and printed out directions for me to take with me. I was quite impressed. The breakfast was very nice and always included waffles, eggs, and sausage as well as the traditional "continental breakfast" fare. The breakfast area is bare-bones, but has sufficient seating. The room was clean and comfortable. The wireless Internet service was completely reliable. My only complaint was that the carpet had pulled away from the tack strip on the floor at the room entrance as well as the bathroom door. I will stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

We figured this would be the same "continental" breakfast as you find at most motels. What a pleasant surprise to find hot eggs and sausage, belgian waffles, biscuits and many other breakfast goodies. We also found the rooms to be extremely quiet. We never did hear other room doors slamming or any kind of noise from rooms.

I was expecting much more based on the reviews I had read before booking. For the price, the accommodations were ok, but I would not have wanted to stay more than a night or two. The carpets were very dirty in the room, but everthing else seemed basically clean in an institutional sort of way. There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby which gave me an uncomfortable feeling about the place in general. I definitely would not recommend the sofa bed. It was terribly uncomfortable and when I requested linens, I got two worn out, mismatched sheets and blankets that smelled laundered but had several large holes in them. The biggest disappoinment based on the reviews I'd read was the continental breakfast. It did have extras like sausage and imitation cheese omlettes...both extremely greasy vending machine-type offerings. Stick with the basics unless you have a pretty strong stomach. If price is your absolute bottom line, you will be content with a stay here. Next time, I will remember you get what you pay for and opt to pay a little more.

Part of the decision to stay at this hotel was the 3 star rating. I looked at other 3 star rated hotels and thought, this is a great deal if this place is anything like those places. Somehow I made a wrong turn and I was lost. I called the hotel and the front desk person was less than helpful. She sounded annoyed and hurried me off the phone. The TN natives were kind enough to guide me in the right direction. The hotel shower rod that used to be bolted to the wall was barely hanging on. The complimentary breakfast was less than desirable. The area didnt look sanitary, as it is a serve yourself sort of situation. For the next 4 days of my stay, I chose to pay to eat somewhere vs. eating there for "free". Think twice before you decide to stay here.

This was a very nice hotel. The suite was nice size. The hotel is well kept and they do an excellent breakfast which is complimentary. However, it advertised that the suites had a kitchenette. To me a "kitchenette" means there would be a stove to cook on, this was not the case. However, there was a refrigerator, microwave and sink. The hotel is located in a nice quiet suburban area. Restuarants, stores, and gas are more than a mile away. There is no pool.

At the time we went there, they didn't have a pool, but that was okay. Having 5 kids, we saved a lot just on breakfast. In fact, our family couldn't wait to get up and run downstairs to eat breakfast in the morning. They have a great breakfast setup. Not what you expect when you see free continental breakfast. It was more like a mini buffet with a variety of hot and cold food on the menu, including cereal for the kids, and beverages to choose from... All you can eat. Rooms are spacious, rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. Brentwood is a nice area too, and the hotel is convenient to a "nice" grocery store and some restuarants. Our experience was so nice there we thought living there in that area could be an option in the future. They said they were working on getting a pool, but that's okay. Because we didn't have time to go swimming while we were there anyway.. I recommend this place for anyone who is planning on visiting that area. Oh, and if you need extra space for a big family or party to visit, they have a beautiful lobby set up, and I think even a meeting room. Oh, and if you forget some personal things such as a toothbrush, razors etc..they have some at the desk for free you can ask for. We enjoyed our stay there, and were very comfortable for having a big family. But, true, there is no place like home and for us, there is nothing better than being in your own bed, but a place like this helps when you are far away.

During our 4 day stay, the majority of the staff were very attentive to any need we had. One girl in the evening didn't seem to know what was going on, but the rest of the staff, including housekeeping staff, were very attentive to any need we had. They seem to really care if you have a need, and the breakfast was just the ticket to get you going in the morning. Cheese omlettes, Sausage, Belgian Waffles and all the trimmings for the hearty appetite or the diet group. Suite was large and very decorative, with columns and arches. The only thing they really need to make it first class is an indoor or atrium LARGE jacuzzi for guests to be able to relax. The addition of a playpool with jets would be better, but still the stay overall was excellent. Would stay there again.

I travel frequently and was so pleased with my stay at Brentwood Suites. The front entry was very inviting and the clerk on duty made me feel like I was at home. The room was spacious and very well decorated - everything I needed to get my work done and enjoy a relaxing evening and night. I couldn't believe the breakfast - was expecting sweet rolls and instead, there was everything I needed for a complete breakfast. I used the exercise room, too! Close to many restaurants and activities. I loved the place.

The room itself was spacious and clean. The bathroom on the other hand, had a strong soured smell to it. This is due to the fact that you can not leave the door open. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. (not good for others staying with you) The location is convenient, and the breakfast is good. I would only recommend this hotel if you can get a substantial discount off of the regular rate.

We were disappointed...after reading reviews and seeing the rating online, we reserved our room at Brentwood Suites. At first we thought we'd found a gem, but then we found the dry coffee cup ring, and the holes in the sheets, and the sink and bathtub that didn't drain. The holes in the sheets weren't just little tiny holes either, they were slashes about 4" long, and there were at least three right at the top of the top sheet. When I mentioned it at the front desk the next morning, the clerk hardly batted an eye. It was not the three star experience we expected.

We stayed in the presidential suite with our 2 kids. The living area was very large with very little furniture. There was a small table with 3 rollaround chairs and a sofa bed. The TV was about 25". The bedroom had a king, fairly comfortable. The tub in the bathroom was very large(enough room for two people to be comfortable) and there was plenty of hot water to fill it. This hotel is not very close to any area attractions that I know of. I think there are probably better options in Nashville.
