| This hotel was decent for a low price. Williamsburg can be expensive and so this hotel is great for the budget-minded traveler. However, don't plan on getting a really great breakfast - it consists of ceral (2 kinds) mini doughnuts and toast. No bagles, no waffles, no fruit... But, there is a cheaper breakfast place if you go down and get on 5 west it will be right on your left. Overall it is not a bad hotel, but it's not great either. Really doesn't give you the feel of colonial Williamsburg.

| For a low-priced hotel, it was extremely clean & comfortable, & staff was very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

| This motel was clean, the pool was clean and refreshing.The price was much lowere then other motels that I looked at on line. Nice area, near other restuarants, shopping, and motels.

| The phone was not on and they would not use the same credit card I used to pay for the room. I had to return to the front desk. The sink leaked water on the floor and the shower required much work.
