| We had a great time, before we went we saw many negative revieuws, but we have no complains at all. Very Friendly/helpfull staff. Prices are bit high but not really extreme. Would go there again but no longer than a couple of days. Don't think we like being there for 2 weeks or so, to big for us but that's just personal opinion from the Netherlands.

| The hotel and beach were amazing. Make sure you get your wristbands before you go on any water slides. They will not tell you you need them till your at the front of the line, and then you will need to get back in line. Also food is extremely expensive ex) figi water $9.00 I recommend you bring a vinyl ice chest and bring lots of bread peanut butter and jelly cup of noodles protein bars and drinks. I saved thousands of dollars by doing this. No exageration.

| Atlantis is a water-based version of Disneyland. No rides but rather an array of water attractions which are unique and interesting. We stayed in the Royal Towers hotel which is the nicest of the three hotels on its property. While the room rates are competitive for a hotel of it stature, everything thing else is ridiculously expensive--obnoxiously so. A liter of water will set you back $12.50, while its "cheap food" buffet will set you back $255.00 (5 people) with no alcohol. There are a number of wonderful restaurants on property, they too are expensive, but the food quaility is pretty good. While you hang out at the pool or their "lagoon", you can drop another $35.00 - $50.00 (2 people) for the most awful junk food you can imagine -- even the birds wouldn't eat the leftovers. So while I enjoyed the novelty of the property, I was insulted by the excessively high prices vs. quality dynamic which took advantage of the fact that are you are prisoner of the resort.

| Great hotel to stay in if you don't mind inhaling second-hand smoke during your entire stay. If you like to gamble and enjoy a smoke filled casino, Royal Tower is the place for you. My family and I will not be staying in the Royal Tower the next time. Also, food is overpriced and you pay for everything with gratuity already included regardless of the quality of service which was lacking in some instances.

| My husband and I took our two kids (10 & 14)and we all (4) stayed in one room. Every night when we came back from the pool/beach, we would have three towels for 4 people. Every night I would have to call and get more delivered and have to wait hot and full of sand. First night about an hour after we are asleep, we were awoken by a maid deliverying something to our room, which we didn't order, then she realized she had the wrong room. An fire alarm went off the second night at about 2:30am and continued for 45 minutes, at which time we were told it was a false alarm. One morning we were awoken early and asked if we received the extra blankets were ordered the night before, but we never ordered any blankets, but they had already awoken us. My husband went to the gym to workout and he was asked to pay $15 to use the facilities. For the price of this hotel, I found the service below average and just tacky to charge for the gym. I wouldn't go back. We have stayed at many luxory, 5 star hotels, and I have never had this kind of problem with towels, alarms, phone calls and deliveries or items we didn't request. I also left two message for two different managers to make them aware, and never received a call back from either one. When I would call and ask for a manager, they were always "out to lunch". That must be what they are trained to say so you can't speak to them. The staff was very nice though and always trying and willing to help.

| Pros - the beach is nice which is handy because the pools and surrounding areas seem to be very crowded. - there are a good variety of restaurants, they aren't cheap though and the service is very mixed. (probably down to the fixed 15% gratuity). cons -rooms are pretty basic but relatively clean -very little room to store your own food and drinks in the mini bar (for obvious reasons). This means you have to eat all your meals in the hotel, at hotel prices.

Beach, Pool, gaming, fish, water sports, great restaurants, sharks, spa, tennis, manta rays, shopping, starbucks, more fish...obviously, I loved it. Going back...Make restaurant reservations whenever possible, they do get busy...a bit pricey, but if you go expecting it, well, paradise isn't free. Rooms are spacious (i was in royal tower), comfortable, the only bad thing about the vacation was leaving. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and returned for breakfast at the Market Place several times. The size of the property is astounding! We spent a lot of time walking over the property and still didn't see it all.

| The hotel and property itself was great, beautiful area, great for families. People say its pricey....but its just like Disney World, you are paying for a resort. What people do need to understand is that they are building a new tower and you may have that view and you may hear construction noise. While we were there they had a water main break and I showered in yellow water..they did get it fixed fairly quickly but was not to thrilled about that incident...they did compensate a bit for these problems. Overall I would definately reccomend this hotel..they have done an amazing job and I am sure the new tower will be even more amazing...just ask when booking to be placed away from the construction.

| This is our 3 rd trip to the Atlantis. Our 1st night we were down graded to Beach Tower but were well compensated for that. They were to move us by 11 am the next day but did not get moved till afternoon and then no luggage until my husband had to go to the front desk after 5 pm so we could get changed for dinner. It seems The Atlantis was much less organized than the past few years. No good deals on food, that is probably the main expense of the trip. Also a 15% gratuity is always included and the service is average to below average. The wait staff is in no hurry to refill your drink, etc. because they are guaranteed the 15%.

| Hotel lobby as well as the public areas were beautiful. Aquariums were nice. Hotel corridors were showing wear and rooms were ordinary. Service was REALLY WONDERFUL. Treat staff well and they'll return the favor. Beware of construction site behind the Royal Tower if you care about room views. Kids really enjoyed the pools especially the "serpent slide, tube through the shark tank and challenger slides. Even though it was spring break the pools did not feel overcrowded. The only complaint, not enough deck chairs. Hint.(get there early in the morning). Lots of little cafe's around property but expensive.

| The hotel is AMAZING for children and adults. Lots to do and see. We stayed at the royal tower which is the main Atlantis tower and were very pleased. Because of the spring break high season the only room we were able to get were the ones in the imperial club wing. Pricier, but they have their own lobby, concierge, TV and 2 internet access stations and a day long spread of finger food starting with breakfast and ending with "night sweets". Might be worth it if you have teens who would rather hang out in packs indoor and snack all day, or if traveling with a big group because it is a nice gathering spot. Given a choice we would rather stay in the main RT rooms to save a couple of hundreds a day but if the spread isn't that wide between the regular rooms at the RT and the imperial wing then the imperial club is the way to go.

The amenities are second to none but the food is overpriced and doesn't give you the options that you think you would find in a 35 restaurant resort. But All in all I would recommend it to anyone just be ready for $100-$200 Dinners even at the Buffets

| Reading some of the reviews for this hotel I was nervous about the service. This hotel prides itself on service! We couldn't lift a finger without someone standing close by to help us. The cleanliness of this hotel was also impressive. The only drawback was the expense of the food for a family. The quality was very good however. The Imperial Club was a great help towards the expense of food. Incredible breakfast buffet, good quality tea at teatime and all the drinks you could want. We never made it to the dessert hour. We never left the hotel in five days and found plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend this hotel.

| Atlantis is a beautiful property, well maintained and the staff provides excellent service. However, for a high-end resort, it was surprising that extras that other high-end resorts usually provide free-of-charge (e.g. bottled water, work-out facilities) are all separate charges. The hotel also includes a mandatory gratuity on all food and beverage...even food and beverage that is delivered through poolside "to go" venues (ala McDonald's)
