After riding 1,000 miles on our Harley, it was a pleasure to see a smiling face check us in..due to the way we looked!!!, working air conditioning, a clean room, hot shower (needed more towels, tho!), and a delicious meal!!! The dealers were patient and pleasant and our stay was delightful. We had to leave out the next morning to continue our ride, but we will be back!

We always love our stay at the Edgewater. The people are great. My only complaint is when we are not in the 'main tower'. The old 6 story section is pretty old and a little run-down but not bad. Rooms in the main tower are "Great".... One of the only places with great old nickle machines...hope they never get rid of them!!

Like most hotels in Laughlin, not much glitz or glam. A place to lay your head after a long day on the river.

It was an ok hotel for the area.. Prices were really high some days because of the events going on but normally the prices are really good. Room had a bad smell (smoke smell) for a non smoking room. Would be nice to see the hotel (minus the casino area) be non smoking. Food was really good on the hotel grounds. Overall I would give it 3 stars out of 5..

Poor customer relations, poor services, alot of $$$ for very little in return. I've stayed in economy motels and recieved better service. Don't eat the steak there either.

The rates were good but too many corners were cut...no coffee decanter, meager tolietries, plastic cups for coffee, drinks, quality of paper products...very few television channels, not very sound proof rooms.

the hotel was super cheap, great if you are alone or with someone and just want a bed to sleep in. but other than that i would not recomend it. the room was allright, but there was no view for the river, and there was a nasty smell in the hotel the whole week.

Jumped to 3 different rooms before getting one decent to stay in. First wing was like a dungeon. Are final room was still very dark with all of the lights on and the queen size beds they offer in Nevada are equal in size to Full size beds in California. Plan to sleep very uncomfortably. Also, I hated seeing all of the hotel employees smoking in the halls while on their break.

The hotel was clean and neat. Check in/out was fast, no waiting. Restaurant staff was personable. Keno runners, however, were slow and unfriendly. I especially liked the fact that they hotel employees seniors. Always hard workers. The experience was wonderful and we would definitely return.

I am only 5 feet tall, and I had to squat to take a shower and could touch the ceiling in the shower. The rest of the room was fine, with a comfortable bed and the room was clean. We had a balcony overlooking the dumpsters and recycle center that went into operation every morning at 6am.
