I like all the hotel. The Little Problem was the bed, because the front desk didn't respet the bed that I choosee when I made my reservation.

I choose to stay at this hotel because I had an early flight out Mexico City next morning. It is pretty well located and having a connection walkway directly from the terminal makes it extremely convenient and safe.

The hotel is very convenient if you have to stay at the airport. It is directly connected with a tunnel to the arrival hall. The rooms are well equipped. Dont forget to ask for the key of the minibar !

Not the best hotel I've ever stayed at but it's almost on the airport, clean, cheap and with a great (several actually) restaurants. Wouldn't wanna stay there for a longer time but great if you just need a place to spend the night, passing through Mexico City.

We were unable to arrange travel from Puerto Escondido to Minneapolis without an over night stay somewhere, and we have friend is Mexico City. We chose the CRAM because of it's proximity to Juarez Airport. It's an easy wak from the terminal to the hotel. The staff at the front desk was efficient and the rooms were clean. The hotel is undergoing remodeling at present and will be easier to get around in the future/

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the airport (within walking distance). Very friendly staff! The rooms are adequate and a bit overpriced.

I have and inner ear problem, the floors were so uneven that I had to take medication from walking around in this room. One corner of our room was 4 inches lower than the other. In case you are wondering, I am in construction and was able to ascertain this easily once I began to feel the effects of the uneven floor.

The convenience of being right at the airport give the oportunity to cross over from the terminals to the hotel and vice versa on a raised platform for those late and early flight. Overall the hotel was OK, the infraestructe it a bit old but well mainteined and the service was appropiate for the rating. Two things that I did not find too amusing was that for my first night stay, they hotel had my reservation for the night before my arrival. Fotunately, the hotel was not packed, but what if it would've been, where would've I ended up. The second situation that I faced was the on my last stay I returned from a very long trip, which arrived around 11 pm. At that time I was tired and ready to hit the sack. To my surprise at that time the terminal lobby for the hotel is close, that is there was no help from hotel personel to move the bags from the terminal to the real hotel lobby through the ramp. Even thought there is an elevertor to replace the stairs, after dragging you bags all the ways from one corner of the airport to the other the last things that you want is carry those bag any futher. Specially when you have obsticles in the way (elevators, ramp steps, stairs, etc).

Very convenient and affordable. Excellent for quick trips. Has two good restaurants right there off the loby and it's a 5 minute walk to the international terminal.
