Pros: Very nice pool, valet parking, nice staff, connected to Fallsview Casino. Cons: No safe or fridge in the room, cable was terrible anything decent you had to pay extra for, internet is $9.95/day (CAN), says to have an "indoor" walkway to casino but you walk through a cold parking garage about 1/3 of the way.

I would definitely stay here again but would want a room higher than the 15th floor to have a better view of the Falls. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious- the spa tub was wonderful. Walking distance to everything there is to see in the area.

The hotel is located right across from the Fallsview Casino and Galleria Mall - there is even a bridge connecting the two perfect in cold or rainy weather. Our room had a view of the casino and a jacuzzi tub. We requested non-smoking but ended up with a smoking room. The gym is small but adequate. We didn't use the indoor pool or slide but it looked fun. Everything was in walking distance - we had a great stay at the Hilton!

While I tend to be a highly critical guy, this Hilton has to be "my favorite" from all the Hiltons I have stayed. I was most impressed by the supurb courtesy of the front desk staff with various issues. First, the room was booked at a standard occupancy but when I got to the room I noticed some carpet damage and immediately reported it to them. The kind staff immediately upgraded me to a king bed and jacuzzi with a stupendous view. After doing the tour of Maid of the Mist, I returned to the room and noticed housekeeping didn't clean the room.I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone to change the sheets. Mgmt. provided a complimentary breakfast at the lovely restaurant on the top floor. The service was exceptional. I also found excellent help with the info desk who shared sound tips on what to see in a short window and provided many coupons, maps and brochures for the attractions. They provided some guidance at the Niagara on the Lake and where to eat there as well. While the restaurant was pricey, the food was worth the cost and the view was just as good as at the Skylon Tower. I am a firm believer that the quality of a hotel can make or break a vacation and this Hilton clearly made it one of the best vacations I have ever experienced. I hope to return to this hotel for my next trip which I hope to be my honeymoon. Overall rating- 5 of 5 (exceptional)!

I loved this hotel. Only one thing happened at the end of our stay. At checkout, when I called for my car that was being parked at the hotel, it took 50 minutes to get it. It was lunch time, me and my daughter were tired and hungry and it was very annoying. Hint: If you're checking out at the normal checkout time (11:00 a.m.), be prepared ahead of time to wait. Other than that, it was a PERFECT location and because I registered early before check-in time, our room wasn't ready and they upgraded us to a Jacuzzi suite overlooking the falls. Nice. The Casino is across the street with great shops and a fountain that puts on a show at night. There are super new restaurants there and the restaurants in our hotel were nice (but the one at the top was way overpriced.) We walked to the Falls, took the shuttle to the downtown area (Clinton Hill) and had a blast. I ate myself sick and walked my feet sore. It was great!!!!!

A picture is worth a thousand words-the pool and spa area are amazing. Our view, a non-falls view, was beautiful! I would recommend the Hilton for anyone with small or big kids, or even just adults.

Beautiful location and satisfactory hotel room. Very nice staff and beautiful, but pricey restaurant. The pool and exercise facilities is one of the reasons to stay at this hotel in the cold, winter months, in addition to the location--across the street from the casinos and down the street from the falls.

We were very happy with the hotel. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Pool is amazing. The information desk was great with general information and their restaurant recommendation was perfect. 1 block from the falls, across the street from the new casino: perfectly located. Staff was very accommadating with our late arrrival and late departure. The hotel restaurant was nice, reasonably priced, and has breathtaking views. Overall, a great vacation.

The Hilton is probably one of the better places to stay in Niagara Falls compared to the motels and inns. It is very pricey though. I think it's overpriced compared to the quality of the hotel.
