| Staff very friendly, place super clean and wonderful decor and color scheme. Great place to stay before an early flight. Price was very good for hotel quality. Strong shower- great bed.

| Inside Pittsburgh Airport - very convenient. Great restaurant and good service. Rooms are very comfortable and employees are very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there.

| This hotel made a lot of sense for the quick, one-overnight trip I took. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and respectful. The room was very nice, and felt pretty clean. I ordered in dinner, and when the food arrived, it was still hot. My only real complaint: the walls were a little thin, so I could hear some loud talkers in the rooms next to me.

| The bedspread had 2 stains. The sheets were very clean and the pillows were very comfortable. I had wanted to mention the soiled bedspread to housekeeping but i was ill that night and needed to rest. The service at the check in and check out was exceptional. The business center was helpful. I didn't have to carry a laptop on this trip. I thought that the hotel had a beauty salon but it didn't. That was all that was missing. I loved not having to catch a cab from the airport to get to my hotel. I would stay there again.

| Excellent hotel!!!! Loved the fact we were right at the airport and did not have to get up early for a shuttle. Room was excellent as well. We will be staying there again Im sure.

| The Hyatt was very conveniently located via a covered walkway to Pittsburgh International Airport. We checked in easily, but were slightly annoyed to be staying with hundreds of young dancers, actors and singers who were there for a talent competition (loud, off-tune singing while we were trying to sleep was annoying) and it was disturbing to see so many young girls in provocative outfits wearing too much makeup. Ew! The room was comfortable and clean with great sheets and pillows on the bed. It would be a nice setup for business travellers with a generous L shaped desk with plenty of space for paperwork and a laptop. We ordered room service because of a flyer the hotel produced offering pizza for $14.99. Not mentioned anywhere was that the total cost came to over $32.00 when you add the service and delivery charges. What a rip. We went the room service route because the only restaurant at the hotel was contiguous to the bar and there was quite a bit of smelly cigarette smoking. Nicest thing about the hotel was when we were bumped (involuntarily) from our return flight. We called the hotel and they let us back into our room for no charge. We were able to nap and rest until our second flight (we were almost bumped from that one, too, but made it home, finally). I don't expect to be in Pittsburgh again, but if I do go there again, I'd consider staying in the Hyatt.

| This hotel was very suffice in cleanliness,service and comfort. This hotel has an enclosed airport access walkway and long time parking for the business traveler. The rooms are laid out with the business traveler in mind.

| It was so nice to able to walk from the airplane straight to the hotel with out any worries or extra costs. Same with waking in the morning to get on the plane. The Sheets were great and very comfy.
