| The Four Points staff was very helpful and considerate. Everyone we talked with was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was well cleaned every day, but needed some refurbishment - big stains on the dingy carpet, mold in the bathroom caulk. We were there for a conference; this was a great hotel for a quick business trip but we felt a little misled by the online description. Pool and fitness center were fine but cramped; restaurant was acceptable (we only ate breakfast there). Restaurant staff were fabulous.

| This hotel is a great location for vacation with families. We have two small children and were able to walk or ride the M to the Mall and all the tourist spots. Good pool, just wish it had a jacuzzi for my tired legs at the end of day. It did have a nice balcony patio for sun worshiping and view of the city. Good restaurants to walk to and the hotel staff was extremely helpful with that. My only downer was that the double beds we had were rather narrow for what I was use to. Next time I'd request a larger bed, but they were very comfortable. The hotel and staff was everything we expected from it.

| Parking is always an issue in Washington D.C. That is why we booked a hotel downtown so we would not have to find a place to park and could walk to all the attractions. When we arrived at the hotel, the parking garage was full. The recepionist told us to find a parking place on the street and we could come back and park in 3 hours and we would be guaranteed a space as a hotel guest. We drove around for 1/2 an hour until we finally found an open parking garage. We walked around for a couple of hours and then went back got our car and paid our $8 for 2 hours and took our car to the hotel. The valet parked our car took our room number and nothing else was said. The next morning we have a bill under our door for $26! I asked about it at the checkout and the gentleman said that it was included in our room and not to worry. I've already got the bill on my credit card. I wouldn't have minded paying if they had told me up front. But to act like it is included with our stay and tell us to come back in a couple of hours then charge us is ridiculous.

| Two biggest issues I had with the hotel were:1. Broadband Internet connection did not work. That was one of my reason's staying at this hotel. Tech Support technician basically said there was nothing he could do to repair it.2. Hot water was not available on the morning of November 2nd. Try taking a shower with cold water.3. Location of the hotel was good. But in my mind that was the only good thing about this hotel. So, I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.
