| We had a wonderful experience at your hotel. Room Service was great and very prompt, which is an extra plus. Very clean. The only downer is your parking garage. We had a truck and had to park somewhere else and walk. :( If you could adjust that, there would have been no complaints.

| This hotel has the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. This is perfect location if you are going to be going into Philadelphia. It's only about a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic to the Liberty Bell and downtown Philadelphia. Parking is in an underground lot and cost $10.00 a day. The parking outside is metered so if you're traveling during the week it's best to pay the $10.00.

| I really enjoyed the hotel itself. I thought the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in, in a long time. It was very nice to have the feeling of being in an apartment with the seperate living room.I was not very satisfied with the customer service however. I went the extra lengths to personally contact the hotel before hand to seek assistance on paying with a credit card under someone elses name. The hotel staff faxed myself a letter of authorization to be filled out by myself and the credit card holder. Upon arrival of myself and my guest from Florida, the staff had no recollection of my the paperwork we had filled out. I, in turn, had to leave the premisis to go and bring back the credit card holder to finalize the room. I found this to be incredibly embarrassing and inconvienent.
