| Divi had difficulty with the electronic keys for several guests making check-in cumbersome. The tiki bar and restaurant were very nice. Thank you.

| Very dissatisfied with the staff and the lack of maintenance upkeep with the rooms. We had requested a king size bed well in advance and was directed to a room on the far end of the resort only to learn that it was two double beds. We then were directed back, with luggage in tow and no help from staff, to a king size bed. This room was well below standards. I would not recommend the Divi Resort to any of my traveling friends.

| This is the second Divi resort we have visited. We plan on visiting several others. The Divi staff takes good care of their customers.

| The ownership of this hotel/timeshare facility must give their very nice staff the assets needed to run the business. It's a shame to waste such a great location. The tired rooms and suites all desperately need a complete remodeling. Our air conditoner leaked water from the ceiling from Saturday until Thursday when they finally had someone fix it. We had 3 buckets in the room to catch the water. They picked up towels in the morning before 10, and brought back clean ones after 4... Loved St Marteen. The native people are lovely. The Dutch side is cheaper and friendlier. Great restaurants, (Chesterfields, Harbour View, Sheri's, Greenhouse,Pizza-Pasta), and good bargains on jewelry and liquor, (be careful and do your homework 1st), very nice snorkeling, sailing, fishing. Maho beach area is a lot of fun, it's like a mini Las Vegas strip. Will definitely return to St Marteen but at a different hotel.

| package rooms are in hotel located on beachfront and all rooms have a view, but some really fabulous villas are on the property and would certainly be worth the price if an upgrade is available. Also, location just outside Philipsburg lets you be close to the shopping and avoid the noise from the airport which seems to consume that end of the island. Don't miss the parasailing and the snorkeling!
