| SpringHill Suites was a great place for a family vacation. Full breakfasts served in the morning and access to the indoor/outdoor pool made for a very relaxing time. The staff was hospitable and helpful in providing directions to area eateries and attractions and friendly service. They even arranged for us to receive discount tickets to Universal Studios. We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for the opportunity to enjoy such a great time!

| My husband and I went to Disney for a getaway together. The first day we got to the room after 11pm and found the commode had not been cleaned at all. It had urine and feces all over it. The dest was closed so we had to clean it ourselves. The next night we returned late again to discover we had no clean towels, washclothes or coffee. I did complain to Marriott received an apology.

| The price is great on this hotel. They have an extensive continental breakfast including make your own belgian waffles, cereal, bagles, muffins, toast, juice, milk, and coffee. They are located right outside of disney and down the road From Seaworld. No problems getting anywhere fron this hotel. The room was pretty plain. The bathroom was not the cleanest. My son wanted to sleep on the fold out couch and when we went to pull it out, there were crumbs and dirt all over it. You could definitely tell it had not been cleaned and sheets had not been changed. Made me wonder about the rest of the room...
