| Room was clean. Maid was okay. Did not speak english.Desk clerk could not make change for a large bill.Pool area was kinda dirty and guests would leave trash and no janitorial staff seemed to be there to keep clean.ATM Machine out of order are whole 7 day stay.

| The room was very clean, the staff was very polite and the shops and restaurants were within walking distance along with some nice theme parks. I'm planning on going back next year.

| It's on International drive, right next to just about everything. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The only draw back was that the pool closed at dark. I would have liked it to stay open later.

| The Hotel location is convienant and the pool was clean, however the elevator rarley worked and when it did it was slow. The room door key seemed not to work, maintenance did come right away, however the problem was to make sure the bolt clicked when shutting the door (which took some strength everytime to ensure it latched) Large bugs in the room. When calling the hotel for a number to the nearest Walgreens which is located next door( because my daughter needed a prescription) they had no idea at all what the number was nor did they offer to look it up for me. I was on park property at the time I needed the information. We were visiting the park In January, so the parks close at 7 pm we had hoped to swim in the pool at the hotel only to find that it closed when the sun went down. Overall I wouldnt recomend this hotel.

| Was right in the thick of things but still quiet. Lots of shopping and many places to eat right on the main road. Easy access to the main bus line to make it most convient.

| The Hotel is well located, near mayor attractions, restaurants and shopping centers.The price is affordable and the overall satisfaction is very satisfactory, thank four your attention and good service.

| This hotel was in an excellent location right on International Drive only about 1 mile from Universal Studios and some HUGE outlet stores (brand name clothes, shoes, etc.). The hotel met our needs and was clean although there were no extras included like continental breakfast or a frige, etc. We got a clean and spacious hotel room for a very good price so we were happy.

| We requested a non-smoking room which we were told we received and it was designated with signs that it was a non-smoking floor. However, the floor and room wreaked of smoke and all of our belongings smelled like smoke when we got home....non-smokers beware, not recommended for this reason.

| The hotel is moldy, I mean really moldy and the windows do not open. While I think the laundry room is a nice amenity try not to get a room near by, as it is noisy.
