| This was our first experience with an "All Inclusive" hotel and we loved it. I just can't stress enough how friendly the entire staff was and how wonderful all the food was. But be sure and keep your towel so you can claim your beach chair before 8:00am, otherwise you might be stuck with one of the hard plastic ones.

| The staff was awesome. The food was GREAT. We really loved the Italian restaurant. It was a practically perfect vacation. Great beach (tough to get a seat if you aren't saving one by 8:00). The entertainment was fun. It was expensive (there at Christmas), but a good value overall. We also wondered if we weren't a bit discriminated against because we weren't with a travel club (less service, not great seats??)

| Needs updating, entertainment very good. People friendly and service is good. Food at the restaurants excellent but general food is fair.

| the hotelroom was a bit humid, the showercurtain needed to be renewed. the waiters were excellent, always ready to fill up your glass of wine or beer, food was simple but good. The bar made great drinks, local or foreign everything as much as you wanted. Good balance between the families, only the disco was disappointing for the 18+.

| This is our second visit to the Allegro. Much better than the one in Playa del Carmen. The food has improved over the last few years and the staff were friendly and attentive. The beach is nice with great boogie boarding.

| This hotel is nice, but it could be alot better. It seems as if the rooms have no insulation from outside noice and the screaming children. You lay in your room at night, and you hear every noice known to man. The food is less than desirable, but breakfast is good. The A la Carte dinner is good, but the regular dinner and lunch buffet is horrible. The bartenders and the drinks were excellent.

| I would say that this hotel is the best for the price range in the Neuvo Vallarta area. There are better hotels in the area but they are much more expensive. This hotel also has alot of character that the other hotels don't have. They also have shows every night where as other hotels only have one or two nights a week however, we didn't watch the shows. The hotel staff seemed to know that we booked through expedia and consistently gave us the worst room, the worst tables at the fancy restaurants etc. However the room was still satisfactory. While some of the food is on the far side of edible, there was always something on the buffet that was good, sometimes even great. Just be choosy.

| This is a great hotel for families. There is alot of entertainment geared towards the kids. There isnt much entertainment for adults but the bartenders are very generous with the alcohol they put in your drinks (which makes for a great time). The staff was helpful and very friendly. The beach was clean and in close proximity to the hotel's bar and pool. There was plenty to do on the beach such as banana boat rides, boogie boarding, and parasailing. I highly recommend getting a massage at the hotel- it was AMAZING! As a very picky eater i was nervous about the food- i was almost always able to find something to eat. Breakfast was the best meal!
