| The rooms were excellent. Easy fast check in, and check out. The breakfast items provided were plentiful and fresh. The eating area was clean and was maintained during the time period we were present. Rooms were very modern and very clean and very roomy.

| Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was also clean and well kept. Bathroom was larger than normal in the room. Good location.

| I found the hotel to be first rate. The only exception was the scratchy toilet tissue. The towels were nice and fluffy and the front desk couldn't be more helpful. The morning buffet was well stock with fresh, tasty items.

| Large rooms, good internet conectivity and reasonable breakfast. It was more pleasant than I expected. Close to airport and well connected to city. I had stayed at a downtown hotel and much preferred this one, inspite of the commute

| This hotel exceeded our expectations! The continental breakfast also included warm items and the breakfast area was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the nice indoor pool and the exercise machines were nice and well-maintained. All of our requests were met in a friendly and timely manner and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the northwest area of Chicago.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods for it's type. The pool was a little chilly, and the faucet in our shower had a drip, but the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel decor was pleasant and not out of date. Would recommend to a friend!

| The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice; especially the bathroom, which had pretty flooring. The indoor pool was nice and adjacent to that was a small workout room. The free breakfast was pretty good and had a fair number of breads, fruits and cereals to choose from. It was easy to get to Chicago from the hotel (about a 30 minute trip). I'd stay here again.

| Doesn't look like much from the outside, but interior is much nicer than expected. Hotel is very clean & quiet throughout; rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 4 to move around; indoor pool is great for the kids; breakfast buffet convenient. Only restaurants within walking distance are McD and BK, however, only about a 10 minute drive to major shopping centers with plenty of choices. Approx 30 minute drive to downtown Chicago.

| Staff always nice at these hotels, and all the other ones that are affiliated. Rooms are clean, everything works and that is a bonus. I especially enjoyed the pool area, and the continental breakfast.
