Very nice & clean hotel. Great shuttle driver and receptionists. The only problem was that I was quoted a different price for the breakfast buffet. "Can't wait to go back"

If you expect to park in the hotel parking lot, you better get there before 8pm at night otherwise you have to park three blocks away and walk. The lot "fills" up, so if you like to do evening activites you might want to rethink staying here. They were very rude about the parking situation, even though it was their fault. It really ruins a trip!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport. We could see the signs to get our rental car back to the airport from our room. We could see the planes taking off and landing on the runway from our room too which was nice for our child.

My 7:15PM flight to Chicago was cancelled by the airline. I called the hotel to cancel as soon as the flight was cancelled, but they insist on charging me for the room anyway. Seems a bit greedy to charge for something out of my control?

The room was nice and clean. As far as comfort it was great as well however the chairs in the den area were a little stiff feeling. But the bed more than made up for it. I had some of the best sleep. It was a very quiet hotel. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna area was fantastic. Only thing is I asked 3 times for a microwave to be sent to my room before it came. The floor I stayed on was being renovated so the hallways had no carpet and no wallpaper but the room itself was great. I would definately stay there again as well as recommend others to stay.

Everytime I am in the City, I stay at Sheraton Gateway. Its not so far out of the city, but yet its away from all the downtown traffic. Easy in and out from the 294 290 and 90 expressways. The hotel is very clean and friendly. The staff always makes me feel at home. The rooms are very clean. Great breakfast bar too.

We only needed a roof over our heads close to the airport, and expected to pay a lot for the location. But the room was huge - a two bedroom suite, luxurious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was convenient and actually had excellent food.

Excellent hotel accomodations and very close to O'Hare. Only about 1 mile from all rental lots. However, breakfast is extra and the hotel does not own its own parking lot. Thus parking is also extra. However, parking fees may be added to your room charges.

This hotel is a great choice if you have to stay in Chicago for one night and have to leave early in the morning from O'Hare airport. This was the case for me, and I am very pleased with the overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful; the airport shuttle was always on time, including at 1 AM when I needed to get back from the CTA train. Overall, great value for my money!

We were given a corner room on the Preferred Guest floor. Roomy and comfortable. The trouble started when I tried to lower the room temperature. I like to sleep in a cool room. When I inquired at the front desk about a maintenance person, I was told that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning in the winter so I should open the window. The temperature was about 20 degrees outside and I quickly found that the window was not a very efficient way to control the room temperature. The ice machine on the floor was broken during our entire stay of four days even after I reported it. Oh, by the way, the hotel charges $12 per night for parking and it's not even in a parking garage.

I was expecting a room that was a little nicer than what I walked in to. When we ordered room service, they told us we were looking at the wrong menu - I told them that they should remove the old menu if no one can order from it.... I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

We thought the service at the Sheraton in Rosemont was extremely good. They gave us great advice, were friendly, and went out of there way to take us back and forth to the train that goes downtown. The only drawback was that it is a ways from downtown, which equals a lot of trips on the train to get there. However, it is conveniently located near O'Hare Airport.

I wish I had more than one night to enjoy this wonderful hotel. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was not supposed to be able to check in until 3:00 p.m. The lady at the front desk said it was no problem, she had a suite available. That allowed me to get a short nap in before any of my scheduled events. The shuttle service was great too. The drivers helped me plan my trips on the El train so that I did not get lost. My favorite part was the bed. They have the sweet sleeper bed with plenty of down pillows and a pillow top mattress. It was the best sleep I ever had at a holel. I hope to go back soon!

The hotel is very nice and just a few miles from the O'Hare Airport. Over the weekend the rate is a bargain for a Sheraton. The breakfast is advertised from 6 to 9 but they keep the buffet open on weekends way longer.
