| This was my second stay here and, just like the first time, it was way above average. The location of the hotel is great (one block from subway and a nice walk to Bloor, Eaton Centre area, the village, or University). The room was clean and very comfortable, and even decorated attractively. Although the day that we arrived, our reserved room with 2 queen beds wasn't available (disappointing), we were put in a room with a king and a sleeper sofa and moved with absolutely no fuss the following day when a room became available. Finally, the staff is quite friendly and arranged great limo service (no waiting) to return us to the airport.

| When I checked in, the hotel's computer system was down but they efficiently took care of assigning a room and because I booked on line, there were no glitches at all! The hotel was a bit older than some Courtyards I've stayed at but the rooms were very clean and well kept. This hotel is only a block from the easy-to-use subway system and surrounded by many places to eat in all price ranges.

| This is my 3rd stay at the Courtyard. I have enjoyed every single stay. In the mix of it all you have every thing around you. Highly recommended.

| The Courtyard Marriott in downtown Toronto is in a great location - about 7 blocks from downtown, City hall, Eaton center - 5 blocks from Yorkville and Cabbagetown - 1 block from Church and Wessley for Gay and Lesbian travelers. The hotel is very basic but comfortable. It is perfect for those that spend most of their time touring, and taking in all the city has to offer - but want to end end the day in a nice, safe hotel. The new beds and bedding that the Courtyard has been touting are very, very inviting and comfortable. Bathrooms are small...but everything worked just fine.

| Location was ideal if you want access to many parts of downtown. It was very easy to walk everywhere and subway stop was right around the corner. Fixtures and decor were pretty dated and we had plumbing problems (they were fixed within the hour, though). View was bad.

| The place was nice, although there were some problems with them finding my reservation due to EXPEDIA booking it with a wrong name. But all in all, the staff is wonderful and really go all out to treat you well... then again, maybe its just the Canadians.
