| The hotel was fine for our one night stay before we left ofor our cruise. However, the hotel is about 20 years overdue on a renovation, and I would not recommend staying there for a long period of time. As an overnight stay though, it's fine for the inexpensive price.

| The hotel is near Old Town and the old ferry docks. Old Town is very picturesque during the day, but not as lively at night as Condado. Sheraton Old Town is well located for Old Town and rooms are modern and clean. Good Value.

| Very nice hotel with a nice restaurant on Xmas Eve. Had a nice buffet for breakfast and dinner. Easy access by foot to all of Old San Juan's attractions as well as the San Juan Cruise Terminal. They do NOT have connecting rooms, if you are traveling with young children and need an additional room. Pool is small but accessible.

| This is a reasonable priced hotel if you want to stay close to old San Juan and are waiting to board a cruise ship. You can walk to the port (there is only one terminal, used by Royal Caribbean that demands a taxi ride) and also to the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotels also features a casino. The downside is the overall maintenance. I had problems with my bedroom locker almolst every time I try to enter. The bedroom was clean with everything you expect but the decór and the views are just borderline.

| I was told to take a cab to various points of interest throughout Old San Juan. Luckily, I decided to put on my walking shoes & explore the town by foot. The furthest destination, El Morro, was only a 30 minute walk with plenty of places to shop and/or dine inbetween. Don't get stuck eating at the chain restaurants/tourist traps, because there are plenty of places for great Puerto Rican food nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

| This hotel is very nice - good service and good food in restaurant, great location for walking around Old San Juan - also great location if you are taking or coming back from a cruise. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Room service was very prompt and served good food. We had a view of the harbor from our room. The only negative about our stay was that there was only one ice machine that worked. Would definitely go back to this one!

| Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. They offered to hold our luggage for us after we checked out so we could walk around for awhile before our transfer. Location was good close to the pier and shopping. Checking in and out went quickly. Fitness center was clean and equipment was in good working order. Pool is on the roof, it is small and there was not much sun exposure when we were out there

| We liked the location-walking/ free trolley distance to explore Old Town San Juan. The hotel looks fresh from the outside and seems to be well maintained. The door into the bathroom was at an odd angle-you could easily walk into it, but if you shut it you'd stub your toe on the bumper for it. The bed was great! We were missing a light bulb by the bed and had to take one out of another lamp. The roof top pool area did have a nice view but it was very small. We had an early flight so were in bed early and there was a Salsa Concert in the hotel and could hear and feel the vibrations. Staff was friendly and helpful if not memorable. Too bad all the rooms couldn't have outside views. We looked into nothing-very unattractive-but didn't spend much time there anyway. But let me say again, the bed was great!!!

| This hotel is smack in the middle of beautiful, historic Old San Juan. Self guided walking tours are so easy using this as a starting point. The spot is gorgeous, across the street from a pier on the water. There is a rooftop hotel with stunning views over the city. I highly recommend it. I would like to see their check in time made earlier. It was something like 5pm, which was a pain for us. They did, however, hold our luggage for us until we could get in the room. So, we arrived at about 3:30pm and couldn't get in until 5. It is pricey, so I think the room should have been ready. BUT, worth the wait. Pop over to the Hard Rock Cafe in Old San Juan for a quick meal and it's about a 4 block walk. Fun place, perfect setting. The old historic part of San Juan is amazing.....

| This was rated 3 Stars and that is right on target. Room service is very prompt and tastes pretty good. Service is great and the rooms are nice. Everything was clean both times I stayed there and each time was for 2 nights. It is right across from the port where the cruise ships dock and easy walking distance to the places to see in Old San Juan.

| Restaurant closed early so late arrival guests were left without dinner, swimming pool closed, overall poor maintenance (i.e., 3 out of the 5 lightbulbs in the room didn't work).... Certainly overpriced and not worth the money (not even worth half the price).

| We were returning from a cruise and the hotel was overwhelmed with people and luggage. The staff was unable to control the people pushing their way into the lobby with all their luggage when there was no room for them. We were fortunate enough to get a very nice bellman who took us to the restaurant where we could wait (with our luggage) until our room was ready. The staff did the best they could with an unruly and impatient crowd of people. They seemed to be a little understaffed for the situation.

| The minute you walk in there is someone there to greet you to park your car and to help with your baggage. You have a choice of valet parking ($6 extra) or parking your car in the lot right next door which is very convenient. We opted for that choice and were very happy with it. The front desk was courteous and friendly and there was a concierge to help you find your way around if you needed. Towards the right of the lobby was the entrance to the casino and we always stopped there before going up to our room. Everynight there was an outdoor bar with live music right in front of the hotel. Our view was the parking lot but it did not take away from the warm and welcoming atmosphere that you felt in the room. Available in the room was a coffeepot for that last cup of coffee at the end of your day. Housekeeping came in everyday making the beds, with clean towels, complimentary coffee, etc. The price you pay for these accommodations is well worth it. Old San Juan is walking distance from the hotel and the launch that takes you to Bacardi Corporation is in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico to stay at the Wyndham Hotel and Casino in Old San Juan.
