| The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the quality of the rooms would have to be a work in progress. Some rooms were being redone, but unfortunately the room were in had not be done yet. The main complaint I had about the room would have been the bathroom and the decor where the bed are.

| Location was convenient to downtown, but it would have been great to be informed train tracks were about 2 blocks away; I couldn't get a good night's rest because of the train whistles in the late night and first light. I didn't see an option to reserve a non-smoking room, so was assigned to a smoking room for a night. The staff was accomodating in securing me a non-smoking room for the next night.

| The hotel was just fine for the price. The only thing about it is that the train in on one side and the freeway is on the other side of it. So if you are hard of hearing like I am, then it is just fine.

| The hotel was a great deal and sometimes you pay for what you get. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however had a bit to be desired. There was a huge gap between the door and the floor at the entrance. Big enough that we layed a towel down each night to prevent critters from coming in. Also there was a train right outside that woke one of us up every night when it passed. I would stay there again for the price we got, but might not recommend it to others. :)
