| The hotel room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate. I was disappointed that the safe in the room didn't work. Also, the hotel allowed pets and it was miserable listening to a dog bark for a couple of hours while the owners were out.

| The rooms were small but very clean and it looked to be freshly renovated. Very convenient to Biltmore Estate. Would recommend staying here for the budget minded. Breakfast included!

| While the name of the hotel would suggest it was close to Biltmore and Asheville, it's a good six miles out of town. But despite this, it's got all you need, clean, well presented and good for a couple of nights.

| Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent, but you could use the towels to sandpaper the walls! And there is a railroad track immediately adjacent to the hotel. The train runs many times during the day and night, blowing its whistle repeatedly for a nearby intersection. Inflexible staff at the desk not willing to accommodate.

| The hotel was fine, nothing fancy, but nice and a good price. There was breakfast in the morning too, which was nice to have right before a conference!
