| The staff was courteous and helpful but the rooms themselves are tired and not very clean. The price point was excellent, but in the end, I'd rather pay a higher rate at a cleaner hotel. The hallways smelled of bug spray and the rooms did not smell much better.

| Stayed for 2 nights. Wasn't interested in amenities, only needed a place to sleep and a shower and this hotel fit the bill. Good value, would stay again.

| The hotel was great for a one night stay. The staff was friendly. My room was fine and slept comfortably. It is out of the way if you are wanting to be in the city.

| I thought that this hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean! I also really liked their free continental breakfast and the hotel is in a great area of town. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a wonderful hotel to stay a little bit out of downtown Chicago.

| First thing I noticed about this Baymont Inn was the breakfast area was larger than others I have stayed in. That meant we could actually sit down at a table and have breakfast without having to hover like vultures waiting for someone to leave. If most of your activities are downtown, this is a bit out of the way, but for our purposes it was perfect, as we were only going to be downtown for one day of our stay. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

| non-smoking room in the middle of a smoke filled hall of rooms, disqusting. ice machine out of order before arriving and four days later still out. vending machines did not return the change from purchases. asked to conserve water with reuse of towels (per instruction card in room), every day new towels. would suggest to anyone planning to book this hotel not to.

| after we got to the hotel, we asked how much it was to stay, and thru expedia we saved over $10.00 per person. The continential breakfast was nothing special but it made a good start. It was also closer than we imagined to the city of Chicago and the people were very helpful giving us directions off of yahoo. It was a nice place to stay to save money so you can spend it in the city too.

| I was forced to make a quick travel choice by a sudden winter snowstorm, and started with the cheapest rate on the list. For 1/3 the rate of any other hotel on the list, I expected this to be pretty substandard. It was far from that. Friendly service and a clean, comfortable room made this a great value!

| This hotel seem to have deferred maintenance issues and could have been clearer overall. For example, there was a piece of trash in stairwell that remained unmoved for my entire stay until I picked it up myself. However, for the price it was alright.It has a decent continental breakfast.
