This is our 3rd stay at this hotel, and is probably the only one we will stay at in Reno. While it is elegant, beautiful, and clean, it seemed that some of its rooms need a few things. A small refrigerator would be nice and an extra place to hang things would be helpful. We have always been treated very well and the convenience of the connection with the two other hotels is wonderful. We noticed no smokers odor in the rooms or in the hotel lobby, and only smelled smoke if someone sat close to you in the Casino smoking. The only negative thing we observed is that some of the sheets (while clean) were worn or had small holes.

The Silver Legacy is well located and has a good selection of dining in and nearby. The staff was helpful, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The only real omission is that no in room coffee is provided, and good luck getting room service when everyone else in the large hotel needs coffee. too! The room was nice, and quite clean. I would return but I would be sure to pack a travel size coffee maker. There is a coffee shop in the lobby, with long lines, but at least it's there.

Easy highway access, easy access to the downtown strip, good parking, and decent rooms for the money. While this hotel is connected to Circus Circus and The Eldorado, the food is definitely better at the Silver Legacy. Only problem I had was with all the smoke, but you won't find a smoke free environment in this town.

Requested extra pillows and were told that due to weekend crowd that it may be difficult to find extra pillows. SweetWater Cafe food a disappointment for entire family.

This hotel is at the center of all the action in Reno. I was most impressed with the ease of parking, checking into the room, and getting onto the casino floor in almost no time flat! The casino is excellent, and its' high ceilings make for a very pleasant atmosphere. (low smoke, very attractive looking)

The location and condition of the Silver Legacy is very good. Beds are comfortable. New showerhead would be nice. Walls are really thin and I could hear neighbors as if they were conversing in "my" room. Security to elevators is a nice feature, but guards are often distracted and you could easily slip by in a large group.

The staff is the best. I got checked in to a room on the N or NW side with no problem. The housekeeping was excellent, and never bothered me. I felt that room service was a bit expensive, but still would order again. If I was wealthier, would live there. Breakfast at Victoria Gardens was wonderful; and even though I am dieting, was able to more than satisy my needs. Need to back now. Thanks, James

I had stayed at the Silver Legacy once before years ago and booked it for an overnight stay with friends from Scotland. They were very impressed with the price and room, which was spacious and tasteful. There was a line to check in but it moved fairly quickly. The casino was nice, as were the restaurants. I also like the fact that you can vist two other casinos without going outside.

The rooms were very nice and extrememly clean - the service from all the staff was incredible.. and to our surprise our beds were turned down for us each evening when returning to our rooms. There were several different resturants to choose from and the service and food was great! We can't wait to go back, we won't stay anywhere else!
