| The common areas of the hotel are very nice. The reception area and hotel pool and workout facilities are top rate. Breakfast is included with the rate, which is nice, but nice restaurants abound in the area (Cracker Barrel and IHOP +). The room was poor - very dated. Worn linoleum on the floors. I was told upon check in (very rudely) that my "internet" request for a non-smoking room couldn't be honored and was considered only a "request". Same rude person upon checkout. Wasn't told any specifics about hours for pool/workout/breakfast. Wouldn't recommend. At least 5 other hotels on this road - pick another!

| The furiture in the room was in bad shape, except fr the bed. All my chairs were broken in some way. Desk was broken. Other than that,everything else was good. The breakfast is wonderful.

| The furniture looked worn, the bathroom could use some work, but the place was clean & safe. They serve a hot breakfast that was pretty good for the price (included).

| The Hotel was of good value and service. Although I would like to say they need to make sure they check the room keys with the exit doors. We stayed in a room close to a door to get out side. When we whet out and came back they key would not work to get in the door. We had to walk all the way around to get in. (it was 7 degrees that night.)Over all it was a good stay for our visit to Fort Wayne.

| I specifically requested non-smoking rooms when I made the reservations. We arrived early that afternoon, and we were told that there were no non- smoking rooms available, and that they were overbooked that weekend which created a problem. I had also requested 2 rooms either side by side or across the hall. Our allotted rooms were on different floors. They did correct that and gave us 2 rooms across the hall from one another. We just didn't spend much time in our rooms since they smelled like smoke. They were just passable, that's all.
