| I went to check in and the lady told me that they did not have my reservations. After waiting 20-30 minutes of here flipping through paperwork and her computer, she finally gave me a room. About 10-15 minutes after I got to my room she called and try to tell me that my reservations were for another hotel and that Expedia had over booked them and I had a choice to go to the other hotel or stay there. I decided that I would go to the other hotel so no problem would occur when the other guests arrived. Then I found out that she wanted me to go to a hotel that did not have suite but just regular rooms. I had paid for a suite style and I did not want to go since I paid for it already. She finally agreeed to let me stay but I dont think I will book a room with them again. I dont blame Expedia because I have used Expedia several time and I have never had a problem.
