| It was a business trip and needed an internet connection. The hotel was providing wireless internet, but it was very week and I could't do much over the stay. I don't recommend this hotel to the business people.

| My room was inexpensive, comfortable, clean and the wireless internet allowed me to stay connected with my work. The area did not have much atmosphere, but it was more than adequate for my needs on this one day trip.

| We went on a cruise and needed an affordable place for 1 night only. The staff was very friendly,(we were greeted with fresh cookies) foyer nice, room was clean for the most part. Impressed with free airport shuttle,port shuttle, and hot items on the free breakfast bar. Checkout time was 12:00 so we didn't have to rush and get out. Only draw back-little black ants crawled all over the room; on the countertops, floor walls,and I even found one on my pillow in the morning! For one night-this was ok but if I had to spend more time there, a housekeeping compliant would've been made. Also,there is a Bennigans a few feet away, but nothing else to walk around and see as this is located smack dead near the freeway exit/entrance ramp.

| The location is perfect for the 1 day business traveller. Unfortunately, it is terrible for the leisure traveler, because there is only one way out and one way in, located at the North end of Le June Rd where you get stocked every day on the traffic jam. The continental breakfast is not bad, i'ts free what else can you ask for. Don't bother asking the staff for directions or attractions, all they do is give you a map for you to find your way.

| If you planning a short stay in Miami this hotel is probably the best place. The staff is good. The hotel is in excellent conditions. During the night there is no noise from the airport. The parking is large and free with security during the night. There is also a complementary buffet breakfast, a good breakfast not just bread and coffee. The pool seems to be clean; however the pool area was closed. I really recommended this hotel to stay in Miami.

| Overall stay was great...room comfortable and bed/pillow was divine. Only two concerns... -My card key wouldn't work once so I went to the front desk. They reprogramed it without asking for my ID. -Check out was at 12 and flight at 6. Asked to keep my luggage in store room and they gave me no receipt.

| We were a little wary from reading other reviews, but all we needed was a place to stay for one night that was near the airport. I have to say that we got more than our money's worth. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We thought "breakfast" would be cheap coffee and dry pastries, but there were some pretty tasty eggs, sausages and breads. Plus, the shuttle to the airport was just what we needed and it ran every 1/2 hour starting at 5AM.

| when we got there they told us our room, which we had reserved for three months, was double booked,and sent us to another hotel. they told us that they would provide our shuttle for us in the morning to the port of miami because we were supposed to have one for free, but come morning they couldn't find their driver so we had to pay for another shuttle to take us there.

| The hotel is very clean. Staff was extremely nice. The price was just right. It is a very busy place but the front desk clerk is very fast and courtesty. Love the room and the breakfast they serve. They have shuttle bus that take you, for free to the Port of Miami. They were very nice as well.

| Has even an iron in case your clothes get wrinkled while traveling. Will definately be my first choice for my next trip to Miami.

| The hotel was kind of set back off the road a bit and we missed it the first time by. The breakfast was good. It is right in the flight path but didn't hear any planes at night. Very convienent if going to the airport.

| I booked the hotel because it had shuttle service to and from the airport. I called and asked the hotel what time the shuttle stopped, and I was told to call at any time and it would pick me up. When I arrived at Miami and called for the shuttle I was told that it had stopped running for the night. When I questioned why I was told they ran 24 hrs the respone that I got was that the first person I spoke with lied to me. I will never book here again.

| Staff was very nice and helpful and the free breakfast was actually good. Hotel shuttle not very reliable but since it is close to the airport and cruise port, taxi is not too expensive. Bed not very comfortable though. Pool is nice and I can't overemphasize the staff and how nice they were. Overall a pleasant stay.

| Generally the hotel was quite adequate with two exceptions. We were given a room which smelled of tobacco smoke. Within minutes of checking in the hotels fire alarm went off twice forcing us all to evacuate the building twice. No explanation was ever offered by the management staff on duty. I'm sure this was an abnormal event, but an explanation to all the guests was really called for but never given.

| I stayed at this hotel just one night. Every area I entered had a different unplesant smell (urine, mildew, smoke, etc). The staff was remarkably unhelpful. I *missed* the rendezvous with the shuttle to take me to the hotel, and it was done for the night. It took me almost an hour to get a cab. The next morning, when I called the desk to ask when the airport shuttle left, the only clerk on duty did not know, and could not (or didn't care to try to) find out. At the continental breakfast, the sugar was empty at the coffee station. When I asked the woman servicing the area if she could refill it, she just said no. Maybe the place needs new management, since their desk staff does not know what's going on, and they do not have the foresight to reorder sugar. The room was clean and roomy, but it smelled like mildew. I don't recommend staying there.

| the title pretty much sums up the hotel. The place really needs renovation. The lounge chair in the room was broken, the toilet handle was broken, the general cleanliness of the hotel needed improved...in summation; it needs to be cleaned and maintained top to bottom or bulldozed.

| Noisy air conditioning. Kept receiving prank calls throughout my stay especially at nights and when reported to the front desk, nothing was done. At least they could have switched my room. Only one of the two elevators was working.

| Not only was this hotel in poor overall condition it was dirty. Our first room was so dirty we asked to be moved to another room. The second room was cleaner but still dingy. Three of the four floors of the hotel are smoking. The staff was not helpful or attentive. I do not suggest this hotel.
