| Hotel is OK especially for the price. It's showing a bit of wear (carpet, chipped paint on door frames, etc.) but was clean and neat. They are in the process of updating the rooms. Staff was helpful and courteous and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I was here on business and pleasure so it may not be the best business hotel. It would be a great hotel for parents when dropping off or visiting their children at Duke or UNC though.

| This proved to be a good value. It is not fancy, but the front desk personnel were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable.

| I stayed in this hotel with my two teenage children while on a college hunt. We got a GREAT rate on Expedia and quite frankly, I wasn't expecting much. Overall, this hotel was a bargain as it was very clean, quiet and near lots of restaurants and shopping centers. For us, the location was excellent - right between Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill. I only wish we could have stayed a few more days as the whole area is quite nice. If my son does go to one of the area schools we toured, you can be sure I will stay there again!

| I was very pleassantly surprised! I am wary of "economy" hotels in Durham. Usually the rooms smell like smoke even though they say "Non Smoking". The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I didn't make it to the continental breakfast but it smelled terrific! I know where I'm staying next time.

| Very nice hotel. Interior property with nice breakfast and free wireless internet. Definitely the best "value" I found in the Durham area. Off the road, so it is very quiet. A bit hard to find, but well worth it. Located near an Outback and two other restaurants. Hotel is very clean and seemed to be very well kept. All non-smoking rooms were on the same floor, so there was no smoking problem at all. Would highly recommend and would stay there again, given the opportunity.
