The hotel was average, the check in process was too long. Smoking rooms had no ashtrays.

I was really surprised at the quality of the hotel, considering the price. It wasn't exactly overflowing with luxury, but it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There was plenty of parking and at night, my room was quiet and peaceful. Definetely recommended. The only problem is that it's a good 30-45 minute drive from downtown LA.

the rooms were fairly cramped and there was no coffee maker/fridge/microwave. also, the room smelled strongly of cheap air freshener, which was a bit overwhelming. but it was clean at least. recommend that you request a room away from the freeway.

Noisy rooms. Bed uncomfortable. The room deoderizer was powerful...I sneezed quite a bit throughout the night. This is not a relaxing stay...but ok for quick and needy stops on the road if you can't make it to LA for better quality.

Not sure who dropped the ball, but when I called the hotel (on arrival day) to inform them of my late arrival I was told that there was no reservation in my name. After four phone calls (two to Expedia and two to the hotel) I finally had a confirmation number... for a reservation I made over two weeks earlier. Overall a poor customer service experience as the hotel employee expressed no interest in contacting Expedia and helping me resolve the problem. The hotel was OK, but bring your own pillows.

Rooms near 101 freeway can't help but be affected by road noise / horns / Jake Brakes, but it's clean and in an OK neighborhood. I'd stay there again, but I'd insist on one of the rooms at the end of the motel away from the freeway.

I enjoyed my stay in the Calabasas location and would recommend it to my family and friends. The only down fall about it's location is that it's too close to the highway and can hear the cars passs by.

Disabled Room -- shower flooded bathroom floor, poor lighting in room near where clothing was hung. We were promised microwave oven, waited for it, then there was none available. We think a microwave should be available in the lobby for guests. We had to ask to use the microwave in the maid's break room with permission of the maids (they said OK). Nice location, disabled room OK except for flooding in bathroom. We would stay there again.

This was the first time using this Hotel. I was not happy with the front desk service. Check-in took to long. The person could'nt find my information. Rooms had a bad odor. Noisey guess.
